Trust Me

I rub my temples and bring my head down to the table, in front of me sat a chocolate milkshake and a black coffee. Lachlan had to leave ten minutes ago, something about an emergency.

My head kept pounding and I groan out, I was the only one in here. Sophie went back behind the counter and than I saw a bouncing Ashton run out, she locked eyes with me and squealed loudly while running over.

I wince at the loud noise and she jumped up on me, wrapping her arms around my neck tightly. I laugh lightly and ruffle her hair, she way grinning at me, "Tess!" She exclaimed, bouncing in my lap.

"Ash!" I exclaimed back, causing her to giggle out. Footsteps approach and Ash was scooped out of my lap. Looking up with a frown I see Grayson standing there with a small smirk on his lips.

I cringe when sharp pains explode in my head, clutching my head I bring my head back down to the table a little too hard. Crying out in pain he chuckles, than another pair of footsteps come from behind the counter.

Glancing up I see Mason walk out, a scowl tilted on his lips. He grunted and looked over at me, his eyes widening a bit.

I glare at him and I sit there with my arms crossed over my chest, pouting out my bottom lip childishly. I was still mad at him for the stunt he pulled off this morning. He saw me and smirked, taking the seat across from me, "Hey flower," He said with a knowing smirk.

Glaring at him I stuck my tongue out him like a five year old, to which he rolled his eyes and snorted, "You fell for it didn't you?" He questioned, his eyes twinkling as he watched me closely.

I nod my head and pouted out again when he snorted again, "Flower your so innocent," He stated, standing up and gesturing for me to follow. I huff out and follow out behind him from his mothers bakery.

He pulled out a cigarette and brought it to his lips, pulling out a lighter he lights the cancer stick and inhales deeply. I cough out when a cloud of smokes envelopes around me, "What are we doing?" I ask, huffing out in annoyance.

He smirked and it made me wonder what he looked like while smiling, like I'm almost positive this boy has never smiled before. He looked down at me, "We are going for a walk," He stated, "Its a nice day, may as well enjoy it." He muttered, taking another long drag from the death stick.

I stopped in my track, "You have school! And your already late! Your going to get in so much trouble Mason. You have to go to school, I'll just go home and binge on Netflix while eating ice cream and-" He placed his hand over my mouth, chucking the now dead smoke to the pavement.

"Jesus Christ flower, I've skipped school before so it wont be much of a surprise. Most I'll get is a detention. Jesus fuc-" I slap my hand over his mouth before he could even think about swearing even more.

His eyes landed on me and my jaw dropped when I realized what I just did, I shut Mason Bishop up. The meanest person I have ever met, oh god he was going to kill me. Or worse, he would eat all my candy in front of me and than kill me!

I stare at him and it dawned on me on how perfect he was, his jaw was sharp, like you could cut something on it. He was a few feet taller than me so I had to crane my neck back just to look up at him, and he had a nice body. But not in the boyish way, no he had the body of a man.

"Like what you see?" He asked cockily once I pulled my hand back from his perfect plump lips.

I felt my cheeks heat, "Yes. Wait no! No I do not. I mean your hot but that doesn't mean anything cause um why are you moving closer? Wait what was I saying? Oh yeah, you being hot but don't take it to your head, your ego is already the size of Russia and we don't need it growing anymore and-"
