"Mya, Alanna, Natalie! Let's go! The bus will be here any minute!" I yelled down the hall. Getting those three ready for school was like pulling teeth sometimes. They never got in a hurry and seemed to move in slow motion every morning. I'll admit, sometimes it drove me crazy, but I wouldn't have it any other way.

The past five years has been different. I went from working full-time with the WWE to staying home with the kids every day. It was odd not working, but I enjoyed the life of a stay-at-home mom. Mya was sixteen and wasn't my child by blood but Brock and I had had full custody of her for the past four years and she had started calling me mom soon after moving in. Even though Alanna was still my baby, she was eleven now and as long as Brock and I had been married, she had yet to mention Randy and has called Brock 'daddy' every day since the wedding.

As for Turk and Duke, we have joint custody and get them on the weekends. They're nine and ten and live with their mother through the week. Natalie's five and just started kindergarten. She really made me nervous the first day of school. She had always been joint at the hip with me and I was so afraid that she would have a meltdown when I put her on the bus. But did she? Nope. She told me that she would be okay and was actually excited to go to school. I was shocked, that's for sure. So, I have three children at school during the day and two living with their mother, but I'm not alone. My little Ajay is four and is practically my shadow. He follows me all day except when Brock's here, then he follows him around.

Speaking of Brock, he's been off work the past couple of weeks. His contract expired with the WWE at the end of last month and even though they wanted to resign him, he decided it was his time to retire. After being married to him for the past five years, I know he can't stay still. He loves to work, fighting is just what he does, and I know it won't be long until he finds somewhere else to do that. "We're here, we're here." Mya adds, walking into the living room with Natalie and Alanna.

I smile and hand each of them their backpack. "Now, go on before you're late." I turn to Mya. "Make sure they don't stop at the barn. They don't have time to see the horses this morning."

"Yes, ma'am." She adds, getting them out the door. I watch as they head down the driveway and then turn my attention to Ajay, who was running toward me.

"Mommy! Daddy says he wants to talk to you!" He races past me in his pajamas and sits down in front of the TV. "I wanna watch Mickey."

I walk over and turn the channel to Disney. "I'm going to see what daddy wants. You stay right here and I'll be back to get you your cereal." He nods as I turn and walk down the hall to our bedroom. Brock was sitting up with his phone in his hand. "What is it?"

He looks up and nods for me to sit beside him. "I woke up this morning to find that I had a voicemail..."

I sit down next to him. "And?"

He sighed. "And it was from Dana White."

I'll admit, I was halfway listening until he said that. "Dana White? As in the UFC President? What did he want?"

He pauses and clicks the play button on his phone. "Hey, Brock! It's been a long time since we've talked. I'll be in Minnesota tomorrow on business and was hoping that you would be available to meet up sometime in the morning. If you can, please do give me a call back. Thanks!"

Dana never said what he wanted to talk to Brock about but I think we both knew. "Do you want to go?"

He shrugs. "I don't know. I was hoping you would tell me."

"Nope." I shake my head. "Not my call. You know all the facts and so do I. I won't tell you anything you don't already know. You quit the UFC last time because of health issues. You're older now and you know the risk of injury increases with age. Not to mention the amount of training hours you have to put in and so on. But I also know you and I know that if you want to do something, you'll do it no matter what."

He smiled and looked up at me. "I knew you would say that. I just think we should at least hear him out. No harm in that, right?"

          I cocked an eyebrow. "We?"

"Yeah... If he has something to say to me, he has something to say to you too. It's our choice. I'm sure we can get Olivia to watch Ajay in the morning until we get back. What do you say?"

I sigh. "Alright, we'll see what he has to say."

"You just can't say no, can you?" He chuckled and leaned in for a kiss.

"Mommy? I'm hungry." I heard Ajay call from the other room.

"Yes, I can." I smiled and leaned away. "No, Brock. I have to go tend to my baby."

I stood and walked into the hall as I heard him groan. "What about me?" I couldn't help but laugh, knowing he was just pouting. As I fixed Ajay his cereal, I couldn't help but wonder how the meeting would go. Did I want Brock to go back to work? No, I enjoyed having him here but I didn't mind him working part-time either. I think my main question was did I want him to go back to the UFC? That was the question that I had a tough time answering...
