2167, the world reached a population over 20 billion people. Most of the world is ruled by 'The United Forces'. They initiated 'The Reduce'. People with good genes and a high IQ got selected. Everyone else got killed or is still in hiding. After 'The Reduce' there were only 17 million people left. The few people that got a chance to get away are hiding in the parts of the world that are not ruled by 'The United Forces'. These parts do not have electricity or any other modern luxuries. These parts of the world are called The Aestates.
