"What?! You quit? But why?" asked Ash and others.
"Its because I want to travel with Charizard and do something for the world. I just cannot sit here being a Gym Leader," explained Axel with aspiration.
"Oh, that's amazing! So, you are doing the right thing. But what about the gym?" asked Ash excitedly.
"I'll tell you but first let me tell you that, you were awesome during the battle. I present you the Fiery Badge!" Axel handed him over the Fiery badge.
"Oh, Thanks! Actually, it must be called the Impossible Badge!!" laughed Ash.
"Ash, have you ever been a Gym Leader?" asked Blaze curiously.
"Nope, why?" asked Ash with a curious face.
"Actually, I want to travel across Raimon and collect gym badges and participate in the Raimon League. So, I just want the gym to work for one last day. So, can you be the Gym Leader for a day until I collect 6 Gym badges? Then we will head for the Eighth Gym together," said Axel.
"This sounds pretty amazing!! Yes, it's fine by me. But, is one day enough to earn 6 badges?" asked Ash.
"Enough for me," said Blaze with a thumbs up.
"Okay fine, Good Luck!!" replied Ash.
"Thanks, Good Luck to you too!!" said Axel.
Saying this, Axel bid a farewell and left the gym.
