Risen

I woke up and looked around for Susan who wasn't in my arms. When I couldn't find her I lifted myself up and stood up. I made my way to the desk and then I saw a journal. I picked it up and opened it. I flipped through the pages to find they were all empty. I looked over and found a pen and I pulled out my chair. I sat down with the journal in front of me and the pen in my hand and I began to write my story. I wrote how I found the brief case in the floor that day. I wrote how I pricked my neck with the glass from the test tube and got my powers. I wrote how it feels to lose control, I wrote every single detail. Then I turned to the first page in the front I had left blank and I began to write,"This journal tells my story, my name is Drake and I have powers, I can turn into a human and dragon hybrid. It is not as amazing as it sounds and this journal proves it. This journal is to be read by whoever wants to after my death." I blew on the page to make sure the ink from the pen was dry and then I closed the journal. I made my way around the house until I decided to go for a walk. I began to walk around town until I got hit in the back with something sending me flying forward. I landed on the ground and I felt my back burning. I screamed in pain and I stood up. I turned around and saw another hybrid. I took a step back, still with pain in my back. I took in the sight of a mutant that looked like a Phoenix. It was obviously a girl as the hair was long and on fire while she was floating with fire in her hands. Her eyes were an orange color, that of fire, as well as her skin. I healed my back and then I turned my dragon on and readied a power blast. I shot the beam at the girl and it exploded on contact. When the smoke cleared, the girl was still floating there in the same spot and when I readied another power blast, she shot a fireball at me making the beam explode in my hands sending me flying. I stood up and got dizzy and I tried to stop the dragon from taking over but it was no use. I passed out
Dragon's P.O.V.
I woke up filled with energy, when I looked up I was in Drake's home town again, I lifted up my hand to find that it was already coated with dark energy, ready for me to be free from this body. I got into the stance again and began to lift off the ground as the dark energy was being released from my body, making clouds cover the sun. The Phoenix hybrid attempted to shoot beams of fire at me, but they were all deflected by the dark energy, I turned my head down from the sky to look at it as the last wave of dark energy shot from the body, me with it.
Drake's P.O.V.
I woke up and looked around holding my stomach which was in severe pain along with the rest of my body. I looked up and the sun was covered by black clouds and then I looked around and saw that he people of the town were monsters like the ones I fought in the tower on the island. They weren't even noticing me though, they were just walking down the street as if nothing was wrong. I stood up and looked around again and saw a huge tower made of dark energy. As I started to look up the tower to find out how high it goes I saw a dragon mutant flying circling the top with the Phoenix as they took shots at each other, I saw that the dragon looked like mine, but had dark energy radiating from it. I turned on my dragon and I saw that I looked different, light energy was radiating from my body and I made my way to a store and I saw myself in the mirror, i still looked the same and then on top of the dragon, it looked like I had armor made of light energy, and the helmet looked like the head of a dragon. I smiled and then noticed behind me that one of the monsters was looking at me, and it started to make its way to me. I turned around and readied a power blast and shot it. I turned to the tower and formed the dragon sword in my hand. I saw that it had changed too, so now it was also made of light energy and the handle was a normal sword handle with a light dragon tail wrapped around it and the part the blade came out was a dragons head with the mouth open and the blade was gold with fire design on it. I spread my wings and shot myself into the air.

Hey guys, I am FINALLY back, it's been a while, but I am so happy to finally start writing again, I will have the next chapter up maybe tomorrow, if not then the next day, there is only a few chapters left, probably at most three, but about maybe a month or two after I will begin part two, and for part two, should I make it about Drake's kid, or Drake, I haven't decided yet.
I'll probably make it about Drake and then I will make a part three that will be about his kid, so I hope you enjoy that
