The fight

Me and Lexi walked on the beach for a while but the letter we got today just couldn't get out of my head. Me and Lexi have to split up, I don't want to have to fight her in the end for victory, I want to lose so she can win. I turn my head to her and say,"I can't do this Lexi." I pulled my hand away from hers and took a few steps away from her.
She turned her head to me and said,"Can't do what Drake?"
"I can't stay with you, not if it means that only one of us can win this tournament." I said
"And why not?" She asked
"It makes me unable to live with myself, I care about you, you are too precious to lose this, I will do whatever I have to, to make you win." I said
"And what if the thing you need to do is stay?" She asked
"I'm not staying, but I'll always be able to protect you, don't worry about that." I said starting to run into the jungle. She began running after me and she was quickly catching up. I started to get dizzy but not from the dragon, another vision. I stopped for a second and closed my eyes. I saw me and I backed up to a tree and my appearance changed to match the tree. I ran over to a tree and used my new camo powers. I watched as Lexi ran past me trying to find me and tears began to form in my eyes. I didn't want to do this to Lexi but it had to be done. I turned off my camo powers and started walking west since she was heading north. I walked and walked and then I arrived at another beach and Lexi was standing there with her arms crossed. "If you're going to leave me, then fight me, if I win then you're out of the tournament and if you win I'm out." She said and I nodded my head. I had to make it look believable that I was trying, for her. I stretched out my wings and arched my neck forward and roared at her. She smiled and then she extends her claws. She charged at me and I started flying up in the air only to have my tail grabbed by her. She slammed me into the ground and I got back up. "My turn" I said
I started to form a power blast in my hand but then I decided for my dragon sword. She was shocked that I had a sword and then she smirked. She started to have a black energy radiating from her hand and then a fox sword came out of her hand. We charged at each other to constantly keep clashing swords. I did a backflip and pushed her back with my tail. I landed at the edge of the beach and then I formed my bow and I shot at her pants and the arrow pieces a loose part of her pants and clamped it to the ground. she got scared and then she turned into a fox completely and then started running at me. She pounced on me and took me to the ground and was snapping at my face but I had her pushing back by the neck. I used my tail to grab her hind legs and I threw her off of me and as she rolled away she turned back into her mutant form. Her hands became energy again and then she charged at me and continuously punched me I was punched hard enough I flew back and landed in the ocean. I flew into the air and I started getting mad. I landed in front of her fast and I told her,"He's taking over again, get out of here.
Aaahhhhh" then I collapsed
Dragons P.O.V.
I woke up and there was the fox again.
"I don't suppose you will think I'm that fool again will you." I said
she didn't respond and I stood up and bared my teeth but she wasn't afraid. I got close to her face and roared and she still just stood there. I used my tail as a whip and hit her extremely hard in the stomach sending her flying back. She slammed into a tree and then she formed a sword in her hand. I started losing feeling and I said,"No, not this time Drake, you're not taking over, not again, this is my body."
"Nice try Dragon, but no!" Drake said to me in his quick gain of control
"You seriously think I can't over power you!" I yelled at him. I formed a huge plasma blast and I held it above my head and let Drake have control.
Drakes P.O.V.
I woke up and was automatically struck by a painful blast of plasma. I fell to the ground and passed out.
Dragons P.O.V.
"Hahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha I told you Drake, this is my body now!" The fox got scared and I started walking towards her.

Hey guys hope you enjoyed the chapter sorry for not updating in a while I've been deciding on what exactly I wanted to do.
I just thought you should know that after this book ends. A few months later I will begin a part 2 because I have a pretty good idea of what to do for it
