The mother and the father
She heard a loud bang and scream downstairs. She ran from her room to see her mother on the floor bleeding out.
"Mamá qué debo hacer?(Mommy what should I do?)" She asked her mother. Soon she look lifeless. Then she was gone. My father came home. He cried called the cops and left. She was 5 when this happened. He became very abusive and he was a really bad drunk. She was scared for her life. Would she die before making it to high school? Is all she thought.
