Her low point in life
Ended up being her turning point in life
After sitting all alone
On the floor of her barely lit home
Feeling so low
Repeating reasons why she should let go
Suddenly, everything stops
She stops crying
Tears no longer flowing
She stops thinking
Thoughts no longer running
Everything stops.
She releases the burden of it all
She let's go of it all
All the self doubt
The self-shame
And who could forget the self harm
Then and there she makes her decision
She decides that the devil won't take her joy
She decides to no longer be his toy
She decides that he isn't worth it
For she knows she can get through this
And when he knocks her down
She decides to get back up and fight on
Enough is enough she says
She's taking her life back
She is moving on
She is finally becoming strong
Yes, just for once in her life she is determined to pass this test
And move on
This is where she breaks away
Yes, on this day
She can finally say
This is my story
Who better to write it than me?

Hey everyone I hope you guys are good.
So school has opened and I have exams coming up but I still wanted to post this poem for you.
Hope you enjoy it.
OHH I TOOK PART IN MY SCHOOL'S PAGEANT THIS WEEK AND I PERFORMED MY PIECE CALLED "WHAT I SEE" AND THE JUDGES AND THE AUDIENCE WERE BLOWN AWAY. IT MADE PEOPLE CRY.
I'M SOO HAPPY AND HUMBLED BY THIS EXPERIENCE!!! 😄
I WON! WHICH WAS A TOTAL SHOCK TO ME BECAUSE I DIDN'T EXPECT TO MAKE IT TO THE TOP 3😭😭
