The elevator doors opened.
Sarah and Lloydie stood staring at each other with all the other people behind them. Everyone held their breaths, looking at Sarah and then at Lloydie interchangeably.
What would she say?
Does she love him back?
The suspense was killing everyone…
“F*ck this” he murmured. Lloydie suddenly grabbed Sarah’s little soft hand, moved out of the elevator and pulled her with him.
Eyes were glued on them as they continue to draw attention. Her heels loudly hit the floor, her hair gorgeously bounced over her shoulders. She was trying real hard to keep up with the man dragging her out.
“Wait here” he said and left her at the entrance of the building.
“Where are you going?” she asked surprised that he was leaving her.
