I didn't know what to do.

I just stood there.

I knew this was the girl Corey was talking to.

The girl that took my dad away from me.

"Hi Raven." Corey said cheerfully.

I didn't answer.

"Corey, who's this?" I asked uncomfortably.

Corey smiled. "She's my girlfriend."

Honestly, I didn't know how to react.

Yeah he had a girlfriend. So what? That's not the problem.

The problem is that Corey was ignoring me for her.

This has been going on for almost a month and no one has bothered to tell me anything.

I looked over at his girlfriend.

"Hello Raven. I'm Stephanie." She said.

I frowned. "Hi." Was all I said before running up the stairs to my room.

I slammed the door hoping Corey and Stephanie would hear it.

I was pissed.

I mean, I already knew about Stephanie because I took Corey's phone.
But Corey just randomly brought this chick into the house and think he can say 'she's my girlfriend' and I won't have a problem with it.

I sighed loudly in frustration and grabbed my phone.

I dialed Marissa's number and waited.

"Hey Raven." She said.

I didn't even bother with a greeting.

"Can I come over?" I asked.

"Sure. But what's wrong?"

"I'll tell you when I get there." I said and then hung up.

I stuffed my phone in my pocket and threw open my door.

I wanted Corey to notice me walking out.

So I walked down the stairs pretending I didn't notice Corey sitting there.

"Where are you going Raven?" Corey asked.

I turned to him. "I'm going to Marissa's." I grumbled.

"Don't you wanna get to know Stephanie?" He asked.

I scowled. "No. I already know that she's the reason why you don't care about me anymore." I said calmly.

I didn't wait for his rection.

I quickly ran out the door.

I cried the whole way to Marissa's.
