I woke up with the sounds of London traffic, I was Finally in my bed. I looked down and saw Adrian curled up to my side, I smiled and pulled her closer.

After the Night Adrian left and I found her and told her I loved her, Every things gotten better. The case has gotten better too, The CSI Team informed me that they found one more persons DNA at the crime scene and that it matched to Harry

I was so shocked, And I'm going to work today to call chief in and Get Harry to come back in, I hate that there are so many steps to arrest someone, I look at Harry and I know that He has something to do with the Murder,

I don't think He killed him though, I can tell.

I remember one murder a few months back, A man Killed his wife and Kid after he found out she cheated on him and the child wasn't even his, When I was questioning him I could see it in his eyes, Turns out he did kill them both, And Now he's rotting in jail for the rest of his life

You see, I can tell when someone is guilty or when there hiding something, But when I look into Harry's eyes, He didn't have the I killed someone look

And after asking him some questions I could tell that maybe he knew something or someone that did do it, Because even though Harry look very scary and rough, I can tell he wouldn't kill anyone. He doesn't have the guts

I got out of bed to get to work, As soon as I was about to walk away Adrian hands grabbed mine and yanked me back

"Stay" She said, With her eyes still closed and the pillows and blanket all over herself, I smiled and layed down next to her

"I have to go to work" I said, She than just shook her head

"No, I'm tired of being alone in here all day" She said, I felt bad because I insisted on her staying in the flat after the scene at the bar a week ago, But I know its for her safety

"Adrian I don't want you going out if all people are going to do it hurt you" I said leaning down and looking in her eyes that are still closed

"Zayn, I'm sure I'll be fine." She said,

"Don't go anywhere crowded though, stay away from groups of people and make sure-" Adrian cut me putting her lips to mine,

She pulled away, "I'll be fine"

There was suddenly a knock at the door, I sighed and crawled out and quickly ran to the door. I shivered a bit because I remained shirtless and my flat was freezing,

I quickly opened the door and there stood Liam, I was shocked because I hadn't seen Liam since the day he reassigned himself

"Hey" I said

"Hey Zayn, Um Can I come in?" He asked, I was about to say yes when I took a double take and realized Liam doesn't know Adrian was here, Liam doesn't know anything

And we Split because of Adrian, Not that it was her fault but Still Liam was still My best mate and I cant Imagine how he would react if he knew. He only thought I was defending Adrian to get close to her.

"Um Nows not a good time, But whats up?" I asked scratching the back of my head and stepping out and shutting the door.

"I-Listen, I wanted to say sorry...I mean were mates and I guess That I shouldn't have left you like I did," He said, I could see it was hard coming out with the words

Before I Could even speak, My door opened and there stood Adrian

"Zayn? Who's there?" She asked, She had her arms wrapped around herself since all she had on my over-sized shirt,

I quickly ran to Adrian

"I'll be in soon" I said and shut the door

I turned and looked at Liam who's face was red

"Really Zayn? REALLY?!" Liam screamed

"Liam Its allot more complicated" I said, trying to calm him down

"MORE COMPLICATED? EVERYONE KNEW WHAT YOU WERE TRYING TO DO! YOUR ONLY DEFENDING HER TO GET AT HER, AND NOW SHE'S LIVING WITH YOU!" He screamed getting closer

"LIAM! I LOVE HER! ITS NOT LIKE I DON'T CARE ABOUT HER, WHAT EVERYONE IS SAYING IS BULLSHIT! I'M NOT WORKING MY ASS OFF TO GET IN HER PANTS! I'M WORKING MY ASS OFF BECAUSE SHE DIDN'T KILL HIM!" I yelled back

"ZAYN DON'T BE FUCKING NIEVE! YOUR FUCKING UP YOUR JOB AND YOUR WHOLE LIFE FOR SOME SLUT THAT SO HAPPENS TO BE A MURDERER TOO!" Liam yelled, And that's when I ran into him. I pushed him up against the wall and threw a punch

"FUCK YOU!" I screamed, Liam than pushed me back and swung a hard punch at me, I threw a punch at Liam face and noticed blood coming out of his mouth, Than Liam swung at me and I heard my nose crack and soon blood oozing out.

We both calmed down and began to realize, what was going on. Liam stood there and after a minute got up and began to walk away

"You Know I came here to see if I could get my partner back, But I'm not going to let you mess up my job and life, just for a girl. You can Love her Zayn But really think if all her baggage is really worth it, Because You risking allot of things that you worked hard for" He said and walked away,

I wiped the blood that kept coming out and turned around and saw Adrian standing at the door crying and having a terrified look on her face,

Things were going so good.
