Getting Stuff Done

Kian's POV

"There's so many things to plan." I said to Makayla
"I know." She groaned I chuckled and kissed her cheek making her smile
"Are you going dress shopping with Ashley today?" I asked her
"Yea, she texted me saying she would be here in twenty minutes." She said

"We still have to get a list of people and send them the invitations." I groaned
"We don't have to have a wedding you know." She said I frowned
"I want to, it's just a lot of work but it's not impossible, we're gonna get married like it's supposed to be." I said cupping her cheeks she smiled and nodded

"I love you." I whispered
"I love you too." She smiled
"Hey lovebirds!" Ashley yelled walking in the house I chuckled and backed away from Makayla
"Ready to go?" She asked Makayla
"No." Makayla groaned
"Come on it'll be fun." Ashley whined
"I rather step on egg shells." Makayla huffed

"Babe." I said she sighed
"Fine." Makayla nodded
"Take care of her." I said to Ashley
"Yes sir." She said I chuckled and shook my head. After they left there was a knock on the door
"Hello I'm Mrs. Beverly, I'm the wedding planner." A lady said walking in

"Hi I'm Kian, the groom I guess." I said shaking her hand she nodded
"Was one of them the bride?" She asked pointing back
"Yes the one with black and white hair." I said she smiled and nodded
"So do you guys know what color you want it? Like the tables and decorations?" She asked
"Well not really." I shook my head

"Maybe like gold color." I suggested
"That is an excellent choice." She nodded
"Does she happen to like glitter?" She asked
"Makayla hates glitter." I chuckled
"Such a shame." She shrugged
"She's more into black stuff or at least she was." I said

"Was?" She asked
"Oh since we're gonna be parents she doesn't want to wear black all the time so she's starting to wear more colorful stuff you can say." I said
"Aww I didn't know she was pregnant." She said
"Yea." I chuckled
"Well congratulations." She smiled
"Thank you." I nodded

"So you guys want to get married before the baby is born?" She asked
"Yea, I want her to be my wife already." I chuckled nervously
"How cute." She smiled
"So um is gold ok? Or we can wait till she comes back to pick a color she would like." I said changing subject she nodded

"The invitations are something important also but I think it's best if I come back later on today when she's here to get her ideas." She said
"Yea that sounds good." I nodded
"I'll be back around two sound good?" She asked
"Yea." I nodded
"I'll be back then." She said stick her hand out. I nodded and shook it

I showed her to the door and closed it
"Who was that?" Jc asked walking in
"Oh she's the wedding planner." I said sitting on the couch
"Then why did she leave?" He asked
"Because we have to choose a color for the decorations but Makayla isn't here so we're gonna wait till she comes back." I explained

"Getting married in three months how does that feel?" He asked
"Amazing and I'm nervous as fuck." I said he chuckled
"You're gonna be married in three months and a dad in nine I get why you're so nervous." He said
"It's just so....amazing." I whispered he smiled

"You really love my sister." He said I nodded
"She's my everything Jc, along with our baby." I said
"Don't be nervous, she loves you too. Just wait a couple months more and she'll be Mrs. Lawley." He said
"Isn't it weird for you?" I asked him

"The fact that my best friend and little sister had sex, are having a baby and getting married? No not really." He shrugged my eyes went wide but I just nodded
"Yes it's weird dude." He chuckled
"But you guys love each other, and that's all that matters." He added
"I just can't wait to call her Mrs. Lawley." I smiled
