Scott - He asks you out

You're at your locker talking to your best friend, Lydia.

"Scott, on the right. Don't look too quick." Lydia suddenly says in the middle of the conversation.

You slowly look to your right and see your crush, Scott McCall, talking to Kira Yukimura. You sigh.

"Is everything ok?" Lydia asks.

"Yea, I'm fine. It's just that I can't stand it that he's talking to Kira. What if he likes her?" You explain.

"You should talk to him! Just go and say hi. That won't hurt anyone." Lydia says.

"No, I can't do that!" You whine. And just after you've said that, Scott starts making his way over to you and Lydia.

"Crap he's coming! What do I do?" You whisper to Lydia.

"Just act normal, you got this." Lydia whispers back. "Hi, Scott!" She says as she turns to Scott.

"Hey, Lydia! Good to see you. But I was kinda hoping I could speak with Y/N for a minute." Scott says.

Your heart starts racing.

"Sure, see ya!" Lydia says and walks away as she winks at you.

"Soo, what's up?" You ask, trying to sound confident.

"I was hoping I could ask you a question." Scott answers and he seems a little nervous which makes you even more nervous than you already were.

You nod.

"Okay, here it goes." He begins. "I've been having a crush on you for a few months now and I was wondering.." He continues "..if you would like to go on a date with me?"

You are pretty blown away. You did not expect that. "But what about Kira?" You ask in confusement.

"Kira? She was encouraging me to do this. Did you think I liked her?" He answers and you can see you surprised him with that question.

"Yes.. I kinda did. It was pretty frustrating, you know. Because I like you too, Scott. I like you a lot." You say and you feel your cheeks turning red.

"So that's a yes?" Scott smiles.

"Definitely yes." You answer and you've never felt this happy.
