chap 38 - watching me

Touch down. I somewhat feel sick, siguro dahil sa stress, excitement, kaba at takot na nararamdaman ko, halos naghalo halo na lahat. but i can't stop now. ngayon pang nagdesisyon na kong babawiin ko si brayden. I will have him back no matter what. with that, there's only one place i need to go first. 

Pakiramdam ko sasabog na yung puso ko habang nasa elevator ako. everything in this place feels very nostalgic. i never thought i'll miss this place, i'll never thought i'll go back to this place. 

Sinubukan ko pang ayusin yung damit ko. sinuklay ko ng kamay ko yung buhok ko. Medyo haggard na ko but i don't care. I only have one goal. and i'll make it happen by hook or by crook. inayos ko yung pagkakasukbit ng back pack ko and i walk outside of the elevator. i go straight to the woman outside brayden's office. maybe a new secretary?

"I'm looking for Mr. Brayden Hart"

"May appointment po ba? irereschedule ko na lang if ever, he's occupied at the moment"

"Uhh... no but just advise him that Serin is looking for him"

"Sorry po mam, he strictly advised that no one is to bother him within the next hour"

"I'm sure he will talk to me. Just tell him i'm here"

"Sorry mam but-"

I walk past the woman, wala akong paki alam basta kakausapin ko si brayden. binuksan ko yung pinto ng office nya. the next thing i saw stunned me. 

A familiar woman almost naked beneath brayden on the sofa, while brayden's back on me. they don't need to tell me anything for me to realize that they're shagging each other. it stung me real hard. i felt a sensation of burning pain all through out my body. I wanted to do 3 things. 1. kill that woman, 2. cry helplessly, and 3. run away. 

but i didn't do anything. which surprise me. 

They must have felt my presence because brayden stop pounding. naiimagine ko yung sarili ko na parang tangang manyak na nakatunganga sa kanilang dalawa while they're trying to reach the heaven... or maybe hell. nireplay ko na lang sa sarili ko yung mantra ko. this won't stop me. this won't stop me. this won't stop me. 

Brayden slowly peek over his shoulder. and the moment our eyes meet. i think i forgot how to breath. Ngayon ko lang napatunayan na understatement and salitang "miss" dahil sobra sobra ko syang na miss. gusto kong tumakbo sa mga bisig nya. tapakan yung babae sa muka at halikan si brayden. sabihin kung gaano... gaano ako kahina para iwanan ko sya sa ilang pirasong dokumento. Pero ngayon, haharapin ko na ang lahat, kahit galit nya. 

I saw him blink twice. He can't believe i am here. I can't believe too. but he immediately smile, which confuse me. why is he smiling?

"look who's here" he said in a playful voice. 

"Oh, hi Serin. remember me?" sabi nung babae na halatang nangaasar. 

Looking at her now.... she's Lyca. yung babaeng mukang niretoke lahat ng parte ng muka. Brayden's friend, but i don't think friends can fck each other now. i don't want to know what relation they have. 

"Brayden i need to talk to you" i finally found my voice. 

"well, you see i'm in a meeting, sex meeting to be specific. and any UNIMPORTANT meeting was cancelled. didn't my new secretary tell you that?" he said while they're still in the same position where i found them. 

he is referring to me as unimportant. hindi ko alam kung nawalan na ba ko ng hiya, pride...? i don't need pride. i need brayden. 

"this is important. i need to talk to you please?" 

He made an exasperated sigh. which broke my heart a little. am i really nothing to him now?

"that maybe important to you but not for me" he said full of seriousness. 

Parang naiiyak na ko ah. sht... sht...sht. don't cry serin, don't cry. he doesn't know anything that's why he is like that. i need to collect myself. 

"P-Please..." i can hear the desperation in my voice.

"brayden...i'm dripping wet here. can we continue our meeting now?" lyca said in a flirty voice. 

ghad! i want to rip her apart!

"Sure thing honey. one sec" then brayden look at me na parang may binabalak sya. 

"all right, baka sabihin mo naman sobrang sama ko. i'll talk to you then"

napangiti na ko. sabi ko na nga ba. he can't resist me. 

"in one condition" he said

"Kahit anong condition, basta makausap lang kita"

"no problem, the thing is. you see, i'm in a meeting so i need to finish this first before i talk to you"

"o-okay... i-i will wait" nagaalangan kong sabi. kaya ko bang mag antay habang naiimagine ko kung anong mga ginagawa nila? 

"the condition is, i want you to wait on that chair beside my table, while you're watching me fck her"
