chap 22 -how much

We leave the office early. I don't know why. Ano nanamang plano ng mokong na to?

"Where are we going?" I asked

"Your family house"

"My family house? When did that exist?" I said with sarcasm.

"You don't have sense of humor my wife. I was joking"

"You don't have a sense of joking my husband. It doesn't sound like one"

"Should a joke need to sound like a joke? For it to be called a joke?"

"A joke should be funny and yours isn't"

"Doesn't mean it's not a joke. It could be a bad joke but still a joke"

"Serously brayden? we're arguing about this?"

"Nope we are not arguing, cause from the start we both know you can't stop me"

Ah ganun? Well we are in the car going to our house while brayden's driving beside me. I unbuckle my seat belt, lean over, tilt my head towards him and i kiss him.

Viola! He abruptly stop the car because i'm blocking his line of sight. He immediately hold my head so i won't hit the windshield. He's hand tighthens and i know what is coming... brayden's wrath. But you see, i can stop him!

He did not pull away, what shocks me is he pulls me closer and kiss me more! He's ravishing my mouth! he's forceful and strong. He's not stopping, well he wants to prove again that i can't stop him. Bastard!

I think he wants to do more. That's when we hear a knock on the window of the car. Shit! We forgot the we are in the middle of the road. He pulls away, leaving me panting and grasping for air. He open the window and apologise ro person na kimatok kanina na parang walang ngyari. He manuever the car and start to drive again.

"My wife"

Hindi ako sumagot.

"Never do that again" matigas nyang sabi.

"Never kiss you?"

"You know what i mean. not about kissing me, because you can kiss me all day if you want. And we can do more than kissing you know."

"Oh"

"Never distract me when i am driving. That's dangerous! What if you hit your head?! What will i do if anything bad happens to you?"

"Call the ambulance" i said dryly.

"Fck serin! Wag mo nga akong galitin, you have no idea, you don't know how much- fck! Never mind. Just do what i said. Pag nilagay mo pa ulit sa panganid yang buhay mo lagot ka talaga sakin."

"Dahil ba-"

I think i just need to shut up. Whatever the reason is, either he wants me safe because he really means that or because he needs me for his revenge, i won't care. As long as i have him.

"Come on, we are here"

Why did i never miss our house? Because i was never belong here? It's just a place where i sleep and eat but that's all. It's just an empty place.

Pagdating namin sa dining area, nothings change as well, same thing. Same faces.

"Glad you made it serin, brayden, sit. The food is ready" sabi ni dad.

I'm curious bout what this dinner is for? Is he gonna say he miss me? Cause that would be big LIE.

Mostly si brayden at dad lang ang naguusap. More like this is a business meeting than a dinner at sanay na ko, am i imagining things? It's like dad is watching us. maybe i'm just paranoid that dad has any motives about this dinner.

We said goodbyes and went home after that.

Ng makauwi na kami...

"Hey where do you think your going?" Tanong ni brayden.

"Huh? Going to my room to sleep, what else?"

"Your room is this way"

"No... i'm not drunk or blind. My room is this way. Did we exchange room without me knowing?"

"No, from now on, your room is this way."

"With you?"

"Yeah with me. So it will be convenient for me to crawl above you"

I suddenly felt heated.

"I think we have an unfinished business in the car, i'm aching to finish it now" he whisper.

"Wai- what?!"

He suddenly scoop me and he walk towards the door with a mission. I can see him smiling... a smile that is meant only for me.

Kinabukasan...

"Wife"

"Hmmm"

"Wake up"

"Shut up"

"What?"

"Wag mo nga akong gisingin, bakit mo ba ko ginigising?! Pinagod mo ko, hayaan mo kong matulog!"

"Baka may pasok ka at late ka na? You know I don't tolerate lates. I tend to punish them... and exhaust them more"

Napabalikwas ako ng bangon, shit late na nga ako. Bwisit kasi tong lalaking to hindi ako masyadong pinatulog.

"Anong nginingiti ngiti mo dyan?"

"Nothing, i'm just awed of how beautiful you are... even if your hair is a mess and no make ups. Hindi ko alam kung pano mo ko nagagawang akitin. Truly a witch."

"Yeah right, at kukulamin ko lahat ng mangaakit sayo. Kahit pa friend mo"

"You referring to someone?"

"Aba ewan ko sayo"

Saka pumasok na ko CR para maligo.

Going to work my phone beep.

It's from my dad... what?...
He wanted to see me. Ang weird pa nito, gusto nyang kaming dalawa lang. He wants to have a dinner date with me.

May mali dito...

But i still said yes. I want to know what's the fuss all about.
