The cars were flying past quickly. If she wasn't focused, it would have all just been a blur of reds and whites. Her hair was flowing behind her, due to the heavy wind. The lorry was approaching, and she knew the timing was perfect. The letter to her parents, her brother and to Jamie was the last thing she needed to do. She was telling the truth, there was nothing much left for her. There wouldn't be much left for her.

Jamie hadn't replied, and she wasn't sure if that was because he hadn't read the text, or he just decided to not reply. It was okay though, because she wouldn't be there to mope around because of it.

She took the step, and the truck heavily collided with her body, driving with it. Due to the speed, it didn't even have time to beep the horn. Abruptly, the truck came to a break, the driver already rushing to get out and peer towards the front. Other people were doing the same, walking slowly towards the sight.

There she lay, covered in blood, dead on impact, Texas Cooper.

This is what happens because of society. Because society doesn't accept people for whom they are.
