" So um..," I started off looking into my cup of amber liquid," do you have any idea what kind of alcohol this is?"
Rogan's eye glanced into my cup and he shrugged returning to looking into his own drink. "Beer."
I rolled my eyes, of course it was beer.
"Gee thanks, you're such a big help," I couldn't help mumbling, my eyes caught a couple off in a corner making out hardcore. I made a disgusted face and looked back into my cup.
"Well someone isn't very nice," He grumbled into his cup. It was as if we were talking to our beverages hoping they'd speak back. Slight anger bubbled up.
" Well someone isn't the most friendly and welcoming either." I slammed my cup softly unto the counter and sighed. Rogan's body tensed up and softened.
" So what do you think of university," he asked his tone nicer then i'd ever heard.
I was schocked he'd even speak to me without a rude tone.
" I like it acually, I get to be more solitairy and it's nice, classes are interesting." He sipped from his cup taking this in.
" Uh is this your first year or..," I didn't get to finish he cut me off before I could. " It's my second year here."
" Oh, that's pretty awesome, what kind of courses are you taking?" I asked hoping this would go on long enough for Mark, Kyle and Edwin to return. Rogan shrugged and turned around so his back was leaning agaisnt the counter now.
His brown tee-shirt was not very tight but tight enough to see a little definition on his torso. His arms were muscular too, not in the gross way but in a surprisingly nice way. I shook that thought out of my head. Rogan was also not wearing his glasses like me.
His head turned, the wavy mocha hair that sat on his head bounced a small amount.
" I'm studying to become Software Engineer, but taking history courses too," His eyes for once bore into mine," What are you taking?"
My voice caught in my throat. He had the most stunning eyes i'd ever witnessed. It wasn't like they were a bright icy blue or a deep and soft hazel. They were a powerful shade of grey, like light storm clouds. I looked away, picking up my cup and staring into it.
" I'm taking graphics and art courses, along with theology courses." He nodded this and smirked.
" Going to make a video game about jesus?"
I looked up at him and laughed. He had humor.
" Nah, but that's an interesting idea." That's I smiled at him genuinely. He looked shocked for a minute but a smiled started to form on his lips, I never got to see that full smile though.
Sandy blonde from theology class walked up infront of me and smiled at me, looking at Rogan for a second but turning back to me.
" You're in my starting religions class right?" he smirked," The one that laughed at me for being late." I nodded shyly.
" Yeah I suspose that's me."
He stuck his free hand out, I automatically stuck mine out to meet his, shaking his hand and letting go. " I'm Ricky." I smiled back," I'm Cora."
Ricky started walking away when he turned around still walking and shouted. " I hope to see you around more!" bumping into some blonde girl and walking off again.
" He's interesting," Roagn mumbled. Before I could reply the rest of the guys showed up. That's when I noticed the whole time that everyone from dungeons and dragons was here except Cole.
