"What's wrong with it?" I asked.

"I don't know" He said sounding a bit frustrated.

"Aren't you supposed to know these kinds of things?" I asked with irritation my voice.

"Well I'm a pilot not a mechanic." He said in a matter of factly way.

"But you studied about engines and those kind of stuff" I said.

"Engines of airplanes, not cars" He said while looking at me intently.

"They're the same thing" I said.

"No they're not, cars don't fly!" he shouted at me while throwing his hands in the air.

"Fine, whatever you say." I said.

"I'm just gonna go and see if we could find help." I added.

While we were waiting for a car to stop and help us, it started to rain. Within the first few minutes we were drenched. He closed the hood of the car, afraid that engine might get wet or something. Thomas came close to me and helped me to hail for some help. We started to raise our hands to see if cars could see us. There weren't many cars passing by because who would go to the mountains in the middle of the day? It's already half past two and it's still pouring

"Look there's a car coming our way!"  he said while pointing at the car approaching.

We were waving our hands and shouting, and then the car pulled up.

"Thank God!" I said.

An old man got off the car with an umbrella. He introduced himself as "Chet" and told us that her wife is waiting back at the car and he asked us what was wrong with the car and Thomas explained what happened.

"I can't really check it here in the middle of the road and it is kind of dark already, where are you headed anyway?" Chet asked.

"The camp at the foot of the mountain, the one that has tree houses" He said.

"The two of you are very lucky, I own that place you could ride with me and my wife and I could get someone to bring your car there as soon as possible." Chet explained.

"Thank you very much!" I said.

We got back to your car and collected our stuff and rushed into Chet's car. When we hopped in and He told Chet that we will ruin his seats and he said that it was okay. The said camp wasn't that far from where we stopped, in a span of 20 minutes we were there. Staff welcomed us with an umbrella and towels; they also asked us what kind of cottage we will get, I said that we could anything that has two beds on it; and they explained that most of the doubles are either taken or under construction due to the weather. Only two tree houses were available and both of them are for couples. We had no choice so we took one. The place was amazing, on the way to the tree house there were lots of lanterns and other decorative pieces that made the place inviting. The one that we got was located on the very tip of the camp and we were near the lake as well. We got into the tree house and settled our things the staff left us with some towels and other stuff that we might need.

"I'm gonna go shower real quick" I said.

"Yeah" He said while unpacking his stuff.

I got into the shower and turned it on and realized that there wasn't any heater ; I kind of shouted due to the coldness of the water and since were in the woods doors doesn't have any locks and Thomas came bursting into the door; shirtless. I instantly covered my body with the towel.

"What's wrong?" He kind of shouted.

"I was just shocked on the coldness of the water and you should probably go out since I'm completely naked." I said feeling embarrassed.

"Oh okay, I thought something bad happened to you and don't worry I didn't see anything." he said while sending me a playful grin.

"Piss off!" I shouted as he left the bathroom.

I continued to shower and realized that I forgot my clothes outside in my bag.

'I can't go out with just this towel' I said to myself.

I rushed into the door and peaked if he's nearby or something. I saw him in the terrace and I quickly dressed myself. I called for him and he went straight to the shower with a towel and some clothes. After Thomas got dressed he stood beside me in the terrace.

"What a day." He said while setting his gaze upon me.

"It sure was." I answered.

"Look a shooting star!" I added.

Both of us closed our eyes and wished for something the other half wouldn't know.

"What did you wish for?" He asked.

"It might not come true if I told you." I answered.

"I'll make it happen, I promise" He pleaded.

"I'll tell you some other time." I said.

"I'll wait for it I guess?" He asked with toothy grin on his lips.

I just answered by returning a smile.
