My Dear Friend

You were my sister
My partner, my friend
Now, we're breaking
Is this really the end?

You used to help me
Stand up from the bad
Now, you walked away
Threw everything we had

You were there for me
You were always by my side
Now, you left me
You chose to run and hide

My dear friend
You built walls so strong and high
My only question is
"Why did you walk away, why?"
