FROZEN -(Hiccelsa)

An antagonising reveal

The frosty wind was whipping at his face , stinging his eyes. His mask wasn't a big help to him all that much. He loved the fact that he was back on toothless and flying around. But the weight of the situation that he was in didn't allow him to think straight. On one hand , he loved Elsa; she was the most beautiful, caring, elegant girl he had ever known. And he was pretty sure they had a spark. But on the other hand he couldn't help but feel a little anxious of approaching her after she struck her own sister, who was freezing to death right now , with her Cyrogenic powers. Perplexed and lost in thought , he heard Olaf yell for hiccup to hear him over the wind " HICCUP! I THINK WE'RE HERE!" . He had forgot that the cheerful little snowman was sitting with him as well on toothless's back. He didn't realise that they had reached the ice palace due to his mind being lost in thought and they almost wizzed past it . He leaned forward as toothless decreased his speed to a minimum before he shut his wings and glided down to the balcony. Strapping his helmet off, he slid off the dragon as he told Olaf to to go back to Arendelle and warn the others if he didn't come back out in a few minutes. " Stay out of sight Olaf! " . " I will!" He cheerfully replied. He whispered to a whining toothless "It's okay bud. I'm not leaving you again. Just take care if I don't come back out safely. " the dragon whined as he tensed up. Turning and facing the door, he let out a small breath of air, relaxing himself and opened the door.

The icy palace seemed empty. He could still see the cracks on some of the pillars from before..... the silence was bugging him. "Hiccup?" Hiccup whipped around, drawing his dagger out in case it was danger , but his grip loosed and relaxed as he saw Elsa. Her long flowing blue icy dress sparkled in the sun rays that managed to peek into the castle. " What are you doing back here , where's anna?" She asked him as he put the dagger back into his arm gauntlet.He didn't have the heart to tell her that her sister was freezing to death because of her own actions. . He paused for a moment before he replied " your sister has returned back to the castle. I came here to change your mind...." he finished and waited for her reply. " Change my mind ....about what?" She asked apprehensively. " About us. About you. You don't have to be afraid of your powers. I think they're amazing!" He continued. " Didn't you see? I struck my own sister earlier! It's not safe to be here. Please understand! I'm not what you think I am.....I'm a monster...." she pleaded as her eyes began to swell up in tears. " I'm destined to be here . Be alone.Be who I am without hurting anybody" She started crying . Hiccup couldn't hold himself back anymore. He moved forward and hugged her tightly as she cried into his shoulder. " you will never be alone.... your people love you... They just have the wrong notion about you..." he reassured her. She sniffed. " Your sister loves you...." he paused for a second before finishing " ....I love you...." When he spoke those words, she blinked back her tears and looked up at him. For a second, her sparkly blue eyes gazed into his grass green ones. Slowly, they both started moving their head closer towards each other, centimeter by centimetre. He could count the number of freckles on her cheeks. Their nose tips touched lightly. Then their lips met. What was at first a slow kiss slowly developed in a much faster,passionate one. Hiccup was a bit surprised as to how hard she was kissing him. But he didn't mind as he got lost in her lips again. One arm slid slowly to the back of her head as he held her firmly while the other moved to her waistline as he pulled her tight. She moved her arms and wrapped them around his neck. The feeling was amazing. He hair smelt of dandelions blowing in a soft breeze. THUMP! Elsa broke away from hiccup and stared into his emrald green eyes as they both heard that loud thump outside the ice palace. Hiccup and elsa moved towards the door as she opened it just enough so she could see what it was. She gasped audibly and hiccup realized why. The snow monster(whom Olaf had taken to calling - marahmallow) that had attacked him, anna and kristoff earlier was bellowing loudly at a bunch of men who hiccup recognised as royal guards. And prince Hans was also present , doing his best to fend off marshmallow. Elsa gasped again as she shut the door . Two of the guards, armed with crossbows, whom Hiccup realized were the Duke of westleton's had seen elsa through the gap and had made a dash for her , seizing an opportunity when prince Hans had been knocked off balance by marshmallow. "Come on! " Elsa gestured to him as she ran up the staircase. Hiccup drew out his sword as he sprinted up after her. He could hear those two guard's yell at each other "Up there!" As they followed hiccup and elsa. He turned around and stood, poised in a fighting stance next to Elsa who seemed really frightened. " Don't worry... you'll be alright..." he whispered to her as the guards entered the room. Noticing Hiccup, who they obviously didn't expect to be there, they decided to go for a different strategy. One went around to face elsa while the other aimed for hiccup. " No...Please. ..." Elsa pleaded to them. Showing no mercy, they both shot at the same time. Hiccup closed his eyes. But the pain didn't come. He opened them to see an ice shield formed in front of him, blocking the arrow. Elsa had saved him. As the guards reloaded, hiccup bellowed "NOW!" And charged at the guard. The guard caught off guard , shot at him , the arrow missing him by an inch. Hiccup , being the agile marksman that he was as a viking, ducked and swung the non lethal end of his blade around and struck the guard on the shin with the hilt , causing the guard to lose balance and fall onto his back. He pointed the sharp end of his blade at the man's neck , threatening him, when he reached for his bow. Craning his neck, he looked around to see elsa shooting ice fractals at the other guard, clearly frightening him. She blocked him out into a corner and formed another ice shield which she used to push the man out into the balcony, breaking the icy door as the man was inches from falling to his death. No. He turned his back on the guard to stop her ,but as he opened his mouth, he heard Hans's voice call out behind him " QUEEN ELSA! " she turned around and faced them . For the first time since he'd known her, her face seemed to be contorted with absolute rage as she looked at Hans in annoyance. Hans continued gallantly " DON'T BE THE MONSTER THEY FEAR YOU ARE!" . This statement resulted in a pang of panic and fear flitting across Elsa's face as she realized what she was doing . She stopped, as tears started to cloud her eyes yet again. Behind him, hiccup had dropped his guard and the other guard was taking aim at elsa, unnoticed by any of the people in the room except for hans. when he heard the click of the crossbow, hiccup's eyes widened in fear at his folly and spun around to see Prince hans divert the bow just in time as it launched, sending the arrow towards the ceiling, instead of at hiccup

A second later hiccup heard the sharp noise of glass shattering as he looked up and to his horror, saw that even though hans had helped them, had shot the arrow unfortunately straight at the ice chandler above them. Elsa sprinted away towards the balcony as it came crashing down. Hiccup looked on helplessly as she ran. She almost made it but she slipped and fell, hitting her head and getting knocked out in the process. Relieved that at least she was safe from death, hiccup spun around to thank prince hans.... only to find a sword at his throat. Hiccup looked at the owner in shock as he found Hans sneering at him. " Didn't expect that now did you , Prince?" ." Sir, what about these two? An Arendelle guard asked him, pointing at the the duke's two men who were lying , unconcious on the floor. He turned and said " Oh lock them up too. We can't have them gossiping about my plan to that old Duke now can we?" He smirked at hiccup.

Hiccup looked at the guards, shocked that they were betraying their queen , who seemed to be sacrificing so much for her people. They merely smiled and nodded at hiccup as if what was happening was part of their normal job. "Now.... don't look so shocked lover boy. You'd be surprised how easy it was to bribe these men. Oh. And did I mention how easy it was to fool an entire kingdom, along with their stupid queen and naive princess ? " . These words angered hiccup all the more. He clenched his teeth ."Why hurt Anna ? Don't you see? She thinks your her one true love.." . Hans snickered. "At first I was going for Elsa , she is the queen after, but no one was getting anywhere with her ...except you... tell me , viking, how did you manage to charm that stupid sorceress to fall for you ?" When hans called degraded Elsa , hiccup rolled his hands into fists and glared at him ,his eyes livid with rage. He hoped that Olaf and toothless had gotten away safely . With a swift motion, he struck Hans's sword away . " oh ho. The little prince wants to play ? Fine. Have it your way!" He exclaimed as he lurched forward. Hiccup dodged Hans's blade and struck him with the hilt of sword
"You'll pay for that you uncivilised wretch!" He raised his sword and met with Hiccup's and the fought each other for a few seconds, neither of them able to disarm the other. Finally hiccup broke through and with a flourish , he slapped Hans's sword out of his hand . Hans fell down and started backing up . Out of the corner of his eyes he saw a few guard's sneaking up behind him. He turned the sword upside down and sprayed zippleback gas around him and Hans.Then turning around, he clicked a switch on his sword's hilt that released a spark that caused the smoke to light up , catching fire Turning his attention to hans, he pointed his sword and said" You're not going anywhere, coward. " Hans's eyes widened in fear for a second before he started to smirk again. " Uhh... I'd watch my back if I were you...." he added snobbishly. Hiccup noticed a shadow behind him as he spun around and caught a glimpse of a guard sneaking up on him before he got smacked on the head with an icicle that Elsa had formed, knocking him to the ground , unconcious. Then , everything blacked out to nothingness
