I just got home and so was my dad. I pushed open the door slightly. I stepped in soaked from running in the rain. "Hey, why don't you start cleaning up your room a bit so your ready when we move." My dad said looking up at me quietly. "Where have you been?" He questioned angrily. "I went for a run and it started raining." I said pointing towards the door behind me. "Alright, well you better get cleaned up." My dad stated reassuringly. I nod my head yes and walked up to the stairs towards my room. I opened the door to my bedroom and walked over to my dresser for a new pair of dry clothes to lounge in. I picked my clothes as walked over to my bathroom. I took a quick shower and walked over to my bed and watched movies from my childhood. I clicked on my phone to look for notifications. There was a few but on that stuck out. A text. A text from someone that felt like it's been forever since I've talked to them but it's been about a hour. Ethan. I quickly responded with to his "wanna have dinner tonight?" With a quick "👍". I got up then changed into a light wash pair of jeans and a Nike t-shirt. I brushed my hair out then ran downstairs and put on my Nikes. "I'm going out with some friends!" I yelled towards my dad slinging open the door before grabbing a hoodie from the coat hanger. "Alright be back by 10!" He replied suddenly. I smiled to myself than ran over to Ethan's house then very quickly knocked on the door. Not moments later the door slung opened to a very cheeky smiling Ethan. "Let's go he cheered." Grabbing my hand and leading us down the street. There were puddles left from the rain that had suddenly disappeared. I couldn't think about anything else besides moving and trying to tell Ethan. How will he respond? Will he be mad? Devastated? I kept asking random questions has these thought roamed my head. "Hey Ethan?" I forced out looking at him from across the table we were now sitting at."H-h-how was your d-da-day?" I stuttered with my heart pounding. "Just perfect." He said without being a mess like me. "Um...." I trailed off thinking how I would tell him. "I need to tell you something very important." I said blankly still very nervous. "O-ok." He said obviously nervous.

Hey guys I'm still alive.🤗 I didn't realize how hard this would be and it might get worse with regular season about to start have practice everyday. But I'm trying I promise.
