"I have a way to take Talon out. I went to see the crew and we've spoken. They told me a couple of things and I found out a couple of things. One of the most prominent things I found out is that Talon tried to turn the crew against me after I left. He also didn't tell them why I left. So I did, and let's just say they aren't very happy with him. Chance wanted to kill him but that's just cause of- yea... I also found out he's a shit fighter, which means the crew are a lot worse. He also doesn't like the new me. He hates the fact that I can stand up to him a.k.a this. " I stated pointing to my bruised cheek.
"You got all of that in 3 days?" River stared at me in shock.
"Yip. So I'm taking you to meet a couple of people that are involved in the plan. So rest up tonight we've got work to do tomorrow." I replied winking at them.
"This worries me. A lot." Caiden stated.
"Don't worry yourself sunshine... It's nothing bad.. I think you just might like them." Caiden shake his head in response.
"So Insidious, then Insidious: Chapter 2 and Insidious:Chapter 3?" I question the boys, ignoring Caiden's snark.
"Hell yeah!" Cole and Caleb yell at the same time, just as River screams "HORROR MOVIES!"
Shaking my head at their antics I climb off Kael and make my way towards the kitchen. Moving towards the freezer in search of popcorn, suddenly arms wrap around me, pulling me back into a toned chest. Kael.
"And what do you think you're doing?" He questions, placing a soft kiss on my shoulder.
"Well I was going to make popcorn until you so rudely interrupted." At this he barks out a laugh, I feel it take its course through my bones, warm, rough, deep. I could've melted right there.
"Go upstairs and shower, climb into a pair of pjs and then come downstairs. The boys and I will make popcorn and all that." He replies kissing the back of my head. Damn I'd missed his affection these last couple of days.
"You sure?" He nods in response. "Just let River cook the popcorn, I don't want any of you burning my house down." I grimace at the image that pops into my head.
"Yea, yea. Go shower." He laughs, giving me one last kiss before gently pushing me out the kitchen.

I'd just stepped out of the bathroom, a black towel wrapped around my body, my hair hanging in strands down my back. Grabbing my bag I unzip it, digging through it until my fingers clasp around a soft material. Pulling it out I recognize it as one of Kael's black button up shirts. Quickly unbuttoning it I slip into it, after putting a sports bra and underwear on.
Grabbing the brush on top of my bureau I quickly run it through my hair before padding downstairs. The voices in the lounge stop me from entering. Yea I was eavesdropping but so what I mean really?
"I've never seen you so happy man." A voice sounded, Caiden.
"I know. She just brings out the best in me. I honestly don't even know how but she just does. And she makes me happy, all I want to do is keep her as close to me as possible, safe." Kael answered, his voice deep with emotion.
"Good. I thought you were gay for a while if I'm being honest, ca-" the sound of flesh meeting caught my attention before Caiden yelped "Dude! What the hell? It's not like you ever wanted to come out at night with us. Whenever girls flirted with you, you'd always brush them off... What was I supposed to think?"
"Not that I was GAY!" Kael yelled back.
I snickered in response to their conversation. Deciding that enough was enough she walked down the rest of the stairs and into the lounge, stopping their conversation from continuing.
"It's alright sweetheart we all were expecting it." I add before patting the top of his head and popping down on the cushion next to him.
I heard Caiden choking from the couch next to ours, glancing up his face was bright red as he tried not to laugh at my comment. I smirked at him before turning to face a slack-jawed Kael. Leaning forward I peck his lips quickly before curling up against his side.
"I was joking love." I smirked, hearing him grumble next to me.
After a while everyone was seated in the lounge as we began our Horror marathon.

I wasn't going to lie, by the end of the marathon I was shit scared. I jumped at the slightest sound and a couple of times screamed when Kael had shifted position on the couch. Could you really blame me though? Plus I wasn't the only one. River (yeah) was currently curled into the fetal position under a duvet, while Alex gently rubbed his back.
Cole and Caleb were also scared to the breaking point as they jumped and squeaked at everything I had. Kael, Caiden and Alex were also scared despite the brave façades they put up. I felt Kael flinch and could hear his breathing hitch every now and again. Caiden and Alex had screamed a couple of times as well as flinched during certain scenes.
By the end of the marathon it was an unspoken agreement that no one was leaving the lounge and we'd all end up sleeping here. No one went to the bathroom during the night and everyone shared a couch. The boys didn't care about if they woke up the next morning cuddling another guy, they were too shit scared to care.
Kael's arms wrapped around me as he shifted us, moving himself more under me, so I was resting half on him half on the couch. Despite what you may believe it was actually really freaking comfortable, and Kael's warmth and smell soothed me into a soft lull of sleep. Before I knew it darkness had consumed me.

I woke to the smell of bacon and eggs as well as a more enticing spicier scent of axe and cinnamon. Sighing I curled myself around my warm toned pillow, enjoying the feeling of his arms wrapping around me as his lips met the crest of my head.
"What time is it?" I question softly.
"It's 6:53, why?" Fingers running along my back causing me to shiver.
"We need to leave by 7:15." I groan out, pushing myself off of him and the couch.
Nodding in response he steadies me with his hands before standing as well. Both of us make our way towards the kitchen, relishing in the comfortable silence and the loud clanks coming from the kitchen. One of the boys had gone in to help River.
Waking in I noticed River, one hand braced against the table while his jaw clenched and unclenched, the other rubbing at his temples.
"Cole. Why am I not surprised? Out. Get the others ready we leave at 7:15. So get a move on." Hearing the seriousness in my voice he rushed out of the kitchen to get the rest of them ready.
"Thank god." River sighed.
"I prefer Bryn but God is okay too..." I reply with a wink.
"He couldn't even figure out how to turn the stove on." River groans before going back to work on his food.
Laughing I made myself and Kael coffee before sitting down at the island.
"I quite enjoy this. Waking up next to you, you making me coffee without asking. It's perfect. You're perfect." Kael's husky voice sounds by my ear, the abruptness of his proximity slammed into me. My breathing hitched as his lips connected with the soft skin of my neck, the air slamming out of my chest.
I was so screwed. I was closing in on the ground, but would Kael be there to catch me?
