Recap: The last few chapters Kinzy lost her baby in an accident that we found out was caused by James.James had been working with wolf against Chresanto and as you should know by now Kollins is working for Chresanto. Last chapter Poochie was shot when Chresanto got Kollins to kill Wolfe at one of his meeting. Kinzy and Ebony had a bad fight and Nikko just got James and has him tied up until Jyrell deals with it. He's the one who sent Poochie out to meet with Wolfe unaware of what would unfold. Now continue and enjoy...

Damn, I knew this shit would happen. Jyrell called and told me that Ebony hadn't spent anymore than ten minutes with Kinzy. I had told Ebony that it was a bad idea, but she thought seeing her friend would help. Jyrell had told me Kinzy wasn't getting better but I let Ebony go in hopes maybe Kinzy's melodramatic ass would see that too many people cared about her for her to act this way. Clearly that was a false idea, and I could tell in Ebony's voice that something happened between the two when I called to check on her. Of course she played it off saying everything was all good but that girl couldn't lie to save her life. I needed to go check on her because stress at this stage in the pregnancy was dangerous, but right now I had other things to deal with.

When Jyrell called, I'd also told him to meet me at the warehouse, even though I didn't tell him why. Things with James had reached their peak and I was ready to get this snake out of my yard. With this recording we got from Chresanto, Jyrell would surely approve of handling this nigga now. He was caught, and deserved to be put down for killing his brother's unborn child. Everything James had done left Jyrell's life chaotic. Not to mention he was destroying his family and I knew this would be the needle to break the camel's back. After all, Jyrell wanted to kill him the last time he thought it was James harming his family, now that we had evidence it should be a piece of cake.  Would Jyrell really kill his brother though? All the times ive threatened Poochie, I've never really considered murdering him myself. I did consider beating his ass to near death, but never him dying.

Soon after thinking heavily on all of this Jyrell comes knocking on the door to my office in the warehouse. "I'm here, wassup," he asked? "I think there's something you should hear," I say, gesturing him to take a seat on the old couch I had sitting in the room. He nodded and sat down, and i played the recording for him. It began with the sound of a car door and the sound of a woman's voice saying,"What's the rush." James' voice is next and he sounds pushed for time as he speaks roughly,"Let's make this meeting quick. I've got to go out of town on some business, but I'll be back after Wolf's meeting to give him Chresanto's information. I'm sure Chresanto is going to meet with Nikko the day after for their exchange." Then the female says exactly what i want Jyrell to hear, "What happened to the Toyota you were coming in?"

I looked up at Jyrell to see him sitting up in his seat and his mind going to work. He knew like I knew it was a blue Toyota that had been the cause of the wreck. James spoke dryly, "Had to trash it." And that's where I cut the recording off and looked at Jyrell to see what it is he wanted to do. The room was dead silent though and his eyes were distant. I couldn't tell what he was thinking or what he wanted to do, but I began having a really bad feeling. "Is he here," Jyrell finally snaps out of his trance, and grips the arms of the chair he's in tightly. I nod and lean back in my chair. "He's here and he's been caught red handed. But i just need to know if you want me to handle this," I ask rubbing my chin in thought. Did I want him to die slowly or to just off this snake bastard. Jyrell pushed his chair back and stood up.
