"Guys, I've been on missions back-to-back for two months, and honestly," Natasha sighed. "I need a real break."

Pietro's grin grew wider by the second. "What kind of break? Party break, Picnic break-"

"KitKat break?" (Y/n) continued. She was lying upside down on the couch, watching as Wanda made her hair float with the red waves of power.

The assassin deadpanned. Her throwing knife was being twirled around her fingers, barely nicking the skin. "Hilarious. I mean I need the let loose type."

"Drunk it is," Wanda smirked.

Her twin zipped out of the room, coming back with Tony in his arms. The billionaire was shivering, clutching onto Pietro for dear life.

"Did I travel dimensions?"

A phone started ringing. Nat's hands dove into their pockets. She brought out her phone, which was ringing off the hook. She put it to her ear. "What?" She snapped. She paused for a few moments, listening to the speaker. She gripped her knife tighter, the vein in her neck pulsing. "No, you listen, Brittany. I'm taking a vacation. How long? I'll let you know when it's over." She snapped the phone shut. Her knife was driven into the cushion of a couch.

Tony let out a yell. "Ah, come on! How many times do you guys need to destroy my stuff? I'm being nice enough by even providing you shelter."

"And I'm being nice enough not to break your neck."

Tony leaped out of Pietro's arms, pointing a finger at the assassin—who ignored it. He scoffed and pulled the knife out, tossing it back to her disapprovingly. By the time, Bucky and Steve strolled in, groaning loudly as they settled themselves on the seats. They were covered in scratches and bites.

"That was rough."

Steve nodded. "You'd think that SHIELD would at least send their best soldiers on better missions."

"What happened to you?" Loki asked as he got up from the corner of the room. Everyone nearly leaped out of their skin at his sudden appearance.

"Loki!" (Y/n) gasped. "What the hell were you doing in that dark corner?"

The god gave a look that could be considered distasteful. "I was reading here before you had even entered the room. And here I thought I was being ignored."

The soldiers shivered. "Don't ask about our mission. We need to forget about everything we saw."

Bucky joined (Y/n) on the couch. She flicked his ear, making him flinch and shuffle away a little.

Pietro dragged Tony to the center. He patted his shoulder. "Thanks to our sponsor here, we are going to do something that will simultaneously help us relax, as well as forget."

"And what's that?" Steve raised an eyebrow.

"We are going to a party, and we are going to get drunk!"

Bruce walked in, disheveled and exhausted. He glanced at the others and ran his fingers through his brown, curly hair. "By the look of Pietro and Stark, I am going to guess that they have a proposition?"

"Good guess."

"Which is?"

"You heard him. We're going out," Steve said flatly. "Yay us."

"Where? And why? And where?" Bruce asked as he adjusted his glasses.

"You said where twice, Brucey." (Y/n) pointed out.
