When Grace finally gets home, she goes straight upstairs. As she's getting changed into more comfortable clothes, she hears someone clearing their throat as they sit on her bed.
"You know how much I like you. I don't think seeing you almost completely naked, is going to help." She hears Alaric saying
She blushes but changes anyways. Once she's done, she goes and sits next to him.
"It's been a few weeks since we broke up. Can we please give it another shot?" He asks her
"Not yet ok? I would just like some time to think. If I think it isn't going to work out, then nothing will happen again. If I think it will, then I'll come up to you during class, and kiss you. The principal knows me. The principal is a good friend. Plus, I can just compel them." She says smirking
He nods. He gets up, kisses her cheek and leaves. Jenna walks in the room.
"I see you two are being civil." She says
"Yeah. I guess so. We kind of broke up a few weeks ago. He wants to get back together. I'm not sure though." Grace says.
"Well, just follow your heart. Whatever your heart says, follow it. If you don't, then you could hate your life when your older not being with the right person if he's that person." Jenna says to Grace.
Jenna leaves the room and Grace lays there thinking. In the end, she comes up with a conclusion. She is going to make him wait a month, then she's going to surprise him. She eats dinner and heads upstairs to go to bed. She smiles before falling asleep thinking that her plan might be the greatest plan she's ever thought of.
