I grabbed a spoon and pointed it at her threateningly. "Kung gusto mong may matirang breakfast, tumahimik ka na."

She just leaned on the table, chin resting on her palm, smirking like the little devil she was. "So, pasado?"

I ignored her, pretending to focus on my food, but my reddening ears probably gave me away.

Aiah chuckled, her voice dropping lower. "Mukhang hindi lang pasado... baka perfect score pa?"

I groaned, covering my face with my hands. "Diyos ko, Aiah, tama na!"

She laughed even harder. "Sige na, last na, promise."

I peeked through my fingers, narrowing my eyes. "Talaga?"

She bit her lip, grinning mischievously. "Depende..."

I sighed dramatically. "Sa ano?"

She leaned in closer, lips brushing against my ear. "Kung gusto mong ulitin mamaya."

I almost dropped my spoon.

"AIAH!!!"

I froze, gripping my spoon tightly as Aiah's teasing words sank in.

She was laughing, obviously enjoying how flustered I was. Then, she leaned in closer, voice dropping into that low, smug tone that drove me insane.

"Baby, parang hindi ka naman nagmakaawa sa akin kagabi na ituloy ko lang yung ginagawa ko sa-"

I slammed my spoon on the table, cutting her off.

"AIAH!" My voice was a mix of horror and embarrassment.

She threw her head back laughing, obviously having the time of her life.

I could feel my entire face heat up, and at this point, I was seriously considering throwing my plate at her. "Ano bang problema mo?! Hindi ka pa ba tapos mang-asar?!"

Aiah grinned, completely unfazed. "Hindi pa, love. Ang cute mo kasi kapag nahihiya."

I groaned, covering my face again. "Diyos ko, bakit ba kita mahal?"

She scooted her chair closer and gently pulled my hands away from my face, her smile softening. "Kasi mahal din kita."

Damn it.

I wanted to stay mad. I really did.

But then she kissed my cheek, lingering just a little longer than necessary.

And just like that, I was done for.

I sighed, feeling my resolve crumble the moment Aiah's lips brushed against my cheek.

She really knew how to play dirty.

I turned to her, narrowing my eyes. "Ginaganyan mo lang ako kasi gusto mong makalusot sa pang-aasar mo."

Aiah grinned, resting her chin on my shoulder. "So... nakalusot na ba ako?"

I clicked my tongue, pretending to think. "Hmm... depende."

She raised a brow. "Sa ano?"

I smirked this time, grabbing a piece of toast from my plate and shoving it into her mouth. "Sa kung tatahimik ka na."

A muffled noise of protest came from her, but she chewed obediently, shooting me a playful glare.

I chuckled, finally able to eat in peace-until I felt her wrap her arms around my waist from behind.

"Baby..." she mumbled, voice softer now.

I rolled my eyes, though I couldn't help the small smile tugging at my lips. "Ano na naman?"
