Chapter 14- Move of vengeance

Start from the beginning

"Damn," Colet laughed. "Mukhang ready ka ngang magpakalasing."

I smirked. "I'm here to have fun."

At that moment, a group of guys and girls approached, already eyeing me with interest. One of them-a tall girl with short hair and a mischievous smile-leaned in.

"Hey, you're Mikha, right?" she asked, her voice smooth. "Wanna dance?"

I glanced at Colet, who was watching with amusement, then back at the girl. Screw it.

"Why not?" I said, letting her take my hand.

The music pulsed through my veins as we moved to the beat, our bodies pressed close. I could feel the alcohol working its way through me, loosening my thoughts, making everything feel lighter.

No Aiah. No Zara. No jealousy.

Just this.

Tonight, I was going to enjoy myself. And I wasn't going to think about her.

The shot burned as it went down my throat, the warmth spreading through my body, making everything feel lighter-easier. The music, the laughter, the way the girl in front of me was watching me with a teasing glint in her eyes-it all felt like exactly what I needed tonight.

Then, suddenly, a chant started to rise above the
music.

"Five minutes! Five minutes! Five minutes!"

I raised an eyebrow, my smirk growing. So ganito pala trip nila dito.

The girl chuckled, stepping closer, her fingers ghosting over my wrist. "You know the rules, right?" she asked, her voice smooth, challenging. "Kapag sumali ka sa game, you have to kiss the person in front of you for five minutes."

I tilted my head, pretending to think. "Hmmm... sounds interesting."

"Interesting lang?" she teased, eyes flicking to my lips. "Baka hindi mo kayanin?"

I laughed, taking a step forward, erasing the space between us. "Oh, sweetheart," I murmured, my fingers trailing lightly along her arm. "Baka ikaw ang hindi kayanin ako."

The crowd erupted into cheers as the timer was set. The girl smirked, her hands resting on my waist, her breath warm against my lips.

"Prove it."

And just like that, I closed the gap, crashing my lips against hers.

The moment our lips met, the crowd erupted into cheers, their voices blending with the pounding bass of the music.

"Wooo! Mikha!"
"Damn, ang init niyan!"
"Five minutes, ha! Dapat intense!"

I felt the girl smile against my lips before deepening the kiss, her hands gripping my waist as she pulled me closer. She tasted like tequila and something dangerously sweet. I let her take control for a second-just enough to make her think she had the upper hand-before I flipped the dynamic, tilting my head and pressing harder, my tongue slipping past her lips.

That earned an even louder reaction from the crowd.

"Putangina, hindi ko kinaya!"
"Shet, mas intense pa 'to sa teleserye!"
"Mikha, pahiram ng confidence mo!"

The girl moaned softly, pressing her body against mine, completely lost in the moment. My hands slid down to her hips, gripping them firmly as I deepened the kiss even further. I could feel the heat, the electricity buzzing between us, but more than that, I could feel the satisfaction bubbling in my chest.
