It took me a bit to get my things unpacked, but once I did, I felt a little lighter. I had put all of my clothes away, alongside my other belongings that I had brought with me. I was now headed back to the medbay in order to finish my touring of the ship. Instead of Tizzy or Admiral Tarkin, I was now being directed by a younger man named lieutenant Piett.

He had brown, wavy, medium length hair and pale skin. His eyes were a light green color, sticking out amongst the dark green of his uniform. He had a small scar on his nose, one that appeared fresh. He had a blaster on his waist, his weapon hardly being concealed. Most of the soldiers here were like that: leaving their weapons on display.

(A/N: This is sort of what I picture for Piett! Remember, he is young, considering this only takes place three years after ROTS! Feel free to picture him however you wish!)

It was a concerning sight, but I would get used to it.

"And this is where you can get all of your meals," he says, pointing towards two large, glass doors that led to a large dining hall. "Everyone on the ship gets three free meals a day, so don't worry about paying for food or anything of the sorts."

He explained simply, guiding me past the doors and onwards. For a while, we just walked around, with Piett explaining everything I would need to know and where I would need to go for specific things.

We walked around for hours, and by the time it was around six pm, we were still walking. I was tired, my feet aching from all of the walking on this dull ship. Everything looked the same to me, the same grey walls, same troopers, everything was the same.

"I hate to interrupt, but are we close to finishing? I'd like to maybe.. get something for dinner?" I asked Piett suddenly, cutting him off. He was explaining the importance of the third machinery room we had walked by. At this point, I just wanted to lay down and eat something.

Piett turns and looks at me, giving me an irritated look, as if my interruption was such an inconvenience for him. He looks at me for a moment, before shaking his head. "No, we need to finish your tour. You can eat afterwards." He mutters simply, before continuing to ramble on about the machinery rooms.

I didn't get back to my room until nine, and the dining hall was well closed by then. Piett had completely wasted my whole day, taking me on a stupid tour. It was vastly useless, considering I couldn't remember where anything was, except for the important parts: the medbay, the dining hall, and my quarters.

When I did get back to my room, I instantly went to take a shower. I was starving, but at least this would take my mind off of the rumbling sensations I was feeling in my stomach. The water pressure was nice, and the water got hot super quickly, a bright side to this crummy day I was dealing with.

I thought that when I came here, it wouldn't be like this. I wanted the benefits to this whole employment on the Death Star thing, but they had yet to reveal themselves.
