Chapter 17

I can't be sterile, I don't want to.

I started to hit the soft mattress with my right leg, still covering my face. My chest was moving strongly and unevenly as I let some weird sounds out.

"What's wrong sweetheart?" George spoke to me, but I kept covering my face. "What's wrong with her?" George asked someone who I guess is the doctor.

"I told her that she's sterile." Dr. Fred repeated and my sobs started get louder and wilder.

"It's okay, hun." George hugged my side.

I looked at him and mouthed 'it's not.' Before continuing to cry hard on his chest.

"It is, sweetheart. Everything will be all right." George assured rubbing my back.

"Good morning beautiful." Kian, who was sitting next to me on a leather chair, said smiling at me.

'Good morning.' I mouthed faking a smile. My eyes and head are still aching because of crying yesterday.

I also knew that I won't be able to talk for the next three days. And after those three days, my voice won't be the same.

I hate cars, so much.

"I'm sorry babe, that was my fault." Kian said getting up and sitting on the edge of my bed.

As he did so, I noticed that the same white thing that was covering my tummy, is wrapped around Kian's leg. I guess it's broken.

I took the iPad from the ending table next to me and typed: 'Well, it's not your fault that God has blessed you with these charming eyes.'

He chuckled after reading what I wrote. "You have the most beautiful eyes I've ever seen too." He said giving me his hot smile.

A true smile was drawn on my lips for the first time after four days. I also realised that I was in a coma for three days where they did a lot of surgeries for me.

We then stayed quiet for a little before I wrote 'I loved that outfit :( so much :( :(' and showed it to Kian. He laughed hard as I joined in after reading it.

"Oh god, you're impossible." He said after calming his laughter. "I'll buy you the exact same outfit when you get out of here." Kian offered putting his hand on my thigh.

I mouthed a 'thank you' and he smiled at me.

Seconds later, my smile was gone after remembering what the doctor told me yesterday. I have to tell Kian.

'Kian...I'm now s' the tears started to fall as I wrote the first letter of that damn word. 'sterile' I showed him the screen after completing my sentence.

"Wow!" He said knotting his eyebrows with a surprised look.

'You can go and...' I started to cry loudly writing this sentence. 'And find another girl that you can complete your life with.' I showed him the screen as I looked away trying so hard to fight the tears.

I don't want to lose him, but I want him to be happy with his life, and kids are a part of his joy that I can't do. He should go.

Kian's facial expression turned into an angry, surprised and ridiculous look after reading my sentence.

"Shut up idiot." He shouted. He sighed before looking at me again. "I'm sorry babe, but what the heck are you talking about?! I don't care, okay? You're the only girl that I want to complete my life with and I will." He stated taking my pale hand and pressing a soft kiss on it. "Don't ever think like that Franny, I lo..I adore you, okay? I'll never think about another girl." He added smiling at me, causing my sadness tears to turn into joy's.

'Thanks babe:) I adore you too♡' I typed before showing him the screen, grinning.

"No need love. I mean, why do people want kids? Because they're so adorable and funny, but for me, there's no creature on Earth that's cuter or funnier than you. I don't need them, you alone are enough to make me the happiest." He explained smiling at me.

I tried to hug him, but while trying to get up, my tummy hurt so much that I was thrown on the pillow again.

Kian noticed my move so he leaned in and kissed my cheek, few millimeters away from my lips.
