Michael's POV

Y/N has been nagging at me about Logan he's changing lately his appetite, his mood, and the way he acts. Logan is only 14 but I think what Y/N's nagging about is called 'puberty'. Now maybe I should talk to Logan about the way he acts but honestly it's still not appropriate for Logan to talk rudely to his birth giver and my hot wife.

I hear Lily talking to Logan and stand outside around less than two feet away so that I can make out what they are talking about.

Logan's POV

I mean it's bad enough turning 14. Sure I'm in my second stage of being a 'teen' and I'm in my freshman year in high school, I get bullied for being a super star's famous son. The jocks bully me because I'm different. How can I be bullied for being different? My father was also bullied with his other band mates Luke, and Calum. I know Ashton also got bullied. But why do these people hate me? Are they just jealous because of what I have? I know even if they did like me they would use me for my father. He has access to many stars and I don't care it's nice and rewarding to meet them, but it's more practical for me to be more supportive of my father. And I'm more proud of him than any other star. I'm proud of my dad. The weirdest thing is that many girl still like him even though my dad is married.

I watch my door open and see my dad enter. He sits on the side of my bed. There's minute of silence before he starts talking.

"Logan, lately you've been different." My dad says.

"What do you mean?" I ask and take my teddy bear and hug it. I've had it since I was born it's my comfort when I'm upset.

"Well first off your attitude has been indescribable you are being mean to the woman that gave you life, and you also don't eat as much. It's really come to the concern if your under depression or you are being bullied." My dad says.

Once he says those words 'bullied' my head shoots up. How does he know?

"But h-how did you know?" I say and a tear falls down my face.

"Remember I, Luke, and Calum have been bullied so we showed signs just like that. But how we got through it, is different for everyone. But now I know you are in that state tell me what they do to you?" My dad says.

I wipe my face with a tissue and begin to bawl. And I can't stop.

"They hate me, I don't know why but they do." I cry.

My dad envelopes me into a hug and I cry.

"Do you think you know why?" My dad says.

"Because I'm DIFFERENT!" I say.

"It was the same for my too." My dad says and tear falls down his face.

"They would shove us, kick us, throw things at us. We were starting the band at the time and kept doubting us, saying we would never make it big and now look where we are. Were a famous pop band that thinks their punk rock." My dad chuckles.

"They don't get it being different is better than being normal. Normal is boring who wants that? Everyone is different in their own way society needs to accept that. Not everyone can fulfill the specific gender they want. I'd rather be different than normal." I say.

"Me too, and being a Clifford you are already different. Okay?" My dad says.

"Yeah." I say.

"Now why don't we try to convince your mum to get you to do online school? So you have more time to practice for your guitar? And show those assholes who's the better person." My dad says.

"Dad I want to but wouldn't that make me weak? Didn't you battle through the bullying?" I say.

"Actually believe or not we dropped out to become a band with Ashton since he was older he graduated earlier and after that we created history not literally but you know music and yeah." My dad says.

"So I should do online it'll give me more time to practice my guitar and the other kids of the band can practice with me and hopefully have 5sos part 2 huh dad?" I say.

My dad laughs.

"Sure son but we gotta tell your mother and you have to apologize for giving her attitude and being rude." My dad says.

"Yeah I know." I say and head downstairs with my dad. I see my sister and mom both cooking cookies.

"Hello boys. Logan want a cookie?" My mom says.

"Yes and I'm sorry. For being mean to you and I'm sorry and for taking out my anger in you when it was not necessary. I've been dealing with a lot during school such as bullying and I wish to quit public school to attend online school to continue my career in being a professional guitarist like my father. I love you mom." I say and hug her.

"I love you too honey and if it's for the best then we will head to the school tomorrow." My mom says and hands me a cookie.

"What about me babe?" My dad says.

"Here." My mom says handing him a cookie.

I learned that family is my top priority and that they care so much about me.
