Dean-
He likes to approach you from the behind and wrap his arms around your waist, leaning forward so he can kiss your cheek.
Sam-
On the forehead. He is taller than you (obviously) so it is an easy place for him to reach.
Cas-
Your nose, he loves seeing the color rise up to your cheeks. It also reminds him of when he tried to kiss you, but missed your lips and kissed your nose instead.
Gabriel-
Your lips or your ear. Sometimes he will approach you from behind and give you a little nibble on the ear, and when you turn, you are greeted by a nice kiss.
Charlie-
Charlie likes to kiss you along your cheekbone or jawline, mostly coming from behind and kissing you wherever it's easier to reach.
Lucifer-
Lucifer likes to kiss you along your neck then work his way to your jawline, then end at your lips.
