Addilyn's pov
Lakien drove me back to school. I got my bag from my locker, and met her back in the parking lot.
I got to her car first, so I watched the cars go by as I waited. She showed up, and opened her car. I couldn't help smiling when I saw her. She was gorgeous. I loved her, and I think she loved me back.
I love Lakien.
I told her the way to my house. It was teeny compared to hers. Little and white with grey shutters.
We sat in my driveway, I watched her. She was looking down, was she embarrassed? I leaned over and kissed her on the cheek. "I'll miss you." I said.
When I got in my house I unpacked the things for the kitchen. Mummy wasn't home yet. That's okay, for once things will be my way and not the we she wanted it.
I put must of the dishes in to our kitchen and put away the food we brought with us. I looked at my school books, and course outlines. I could only think about Lakien.
It wasn't late, I figured she would still be at school. Even if she wasn't, I still needed to drive my car back home.
By the time I walked to school, she was gone. I got in my car and went home.
I spent the rest of my night thinking about Lakien.
