I don't want to pressure you. I don't want to make you uncomfortable. I don't want to make you expose yourself against your will. That is not why I made this book. I made it to help people. I made it to comfort the individuals, the individuals who don't want to talk face to face in real life. I am here for you, however small your problem is. I could possibly relate to some of your problems. Or maybe someone else could. Everyone has been through trauma however small they make it sound. And I'm not afraid to admit that. I go to what we call 'Pastoral Managers'. They help children who feel alone or neglected in any area of their lives. For me, it's at school. I went to her today and I talked to her. I've been to her for similar reasons in the past, so she knows a lot more about me than some of my closest friends and parents. She understands that I don't like being asked things, so she just listens to me and waits until I'm finished to talk. That's why I like going to her, because she understands what makes me feel uncomfortable or under pressure. That's why I want to help you, like she helps me.
