Love.
It's that feeling
Of emptiness
In the pit
Of your tummy,
When you see
the face
Of the one
You most desire.
It's that feeling
Of hope
In your smile,
When you see
A person
Helping another.
Love.
It's inside us.
We just have to
Unleash it's power.

Words so soft
Like silk.
Smooth and creamy,
Chocolatey milk.
Swirls of wonder.
Happiness, with a smile.
Laughter gets louder.
Colors melt.
Blend, into one.
Sunshine.
Summer fun.

Eyes wide open
Looking at me
When they shut
What do you see
A dream of a far off lands
Strange rituals and humans
Do you follow your commands
Of visiting the ruins
Where there be a maiden
Knocked out cold
And she was laid in
A tower of gold
You climb the tower
With ease and grace
You set a flower
Upon her face
You place a kiss
On top her head
You lift her wrist
From on her bed
She doesn't pull away
That's when you new
The words to say
Were "I love you"
The face of her
Still in your mind
But you don't look far
To find
Her
Or me
We're the same
