I decided to follow this diet plan, I know it's probably not the most healthy thing to do, but I won't keep doing this for a long period of time. I just want to lose as much weight as I can till the wedding.
I couldn't follow day 1 so I will just skip day 1 and continue with day 2!
Btw, I decided to play some outdoor sport stuff with a friend of mine from now on. Today we played ping-pong, we are planning to play badminton since it's so fun + we will burn calories.
