Today I weight myself and I am now 63.4kg!! So -0.2kg. It's still progress sooo

Breakfast: 260cal
• Avocado on bread

Lunch: 681cal
• 2 bowls of soup
• Bread + Spaghetti

Dinner: 338cal
• Steak
• Watermelon

Snack: 137 (I ate really small amounts, that's why it's low in calories!)
• Chips
• Ice
• Fries

Water intake:

Workout:
Standing workout, workout sitting

Steps:

The day before I couldn't eat anything after 4pm, because I was already slightly over my calorie goal. That's why I woke up with a REALLY empty stomach. I wasn't that hungry, but it just felt uncomfortable with how empty my stomach felt. Idk how to other describe it tbh.

I want to have rules for when to eat:

7-9am breakfast (depends on whether I have school or not)

1-3pm lunch

6-7pm dinner

Those are definitely not clear times, but I can work with it!

Btw I decided to not eat anything after 6pm, but only today. Tomorrow I will give myself a different challenge.

I am quite happy with today, hope I can keep this up till july!
