I have to lose around 13.6kg until July. I am not too strict about it, I would be happy with 10kg! I think 13kg in 2 months is pretty unrealistic, but I can try my best and see how far I can come.

I will count my calories, try drinking 2L per dar (got a new water bottle), track my weight and try doing some exercise every day! I made a playlist for the exercise part.

Since I am overeating recently, I want to start with 1.400cals and slowly move down to 1200~1300cals.

I will try to switch meals/food with things less in calories. For example I really want to start drinking more soup, because I find it delicious and it's lower in calories!!

Obviously I will share (almost) everything with you guys!!
