Total: I dont really know, I definitely over ate tho! I was just EXTREMELY hungry today. But I will make sure to not let this happen again. I hope it's just this one time and because of hormones or something. I do not want to be like those people who binge every 3 days and I do not want my progress to be gone, god no.
