CHAPTER 18

YUVIKA :-

I drive towards the cliff on the outskirts of Jaipur as I cry my eyes out the whole drive thinking about my life. Once I reached there I stop the car a little away from the cliff because I came here to relax my mind and not to do suicide because I love my life, it's not that messy that I have to kill myself.

I will not be going to kill myself for anything, it takes a lot of courage and a hopeless life that cannot get any better to kill yourself, but it's not a solution to your problems. Suicides only give unbearable pain to you and your loved ones that are left behind to live without you, so no it's not a good option in fact it's not even an option.

I looked at my phone on the dashboard that again started to ring. It's ringing continuously from the time I left the palace, I reached out for my phone and checked, it's Kabir's call now and I have no interest in talking to anyone so I just cut the call and turned off the phone and throw it on the passenger seat.

I put my head back on the headrest and closed my eyes and sit in the silence. I lost the track of time and sleep for a while and when I open my eyes I saw the sun ready to set and I crossed my arms on the staring wheel and put my chin on my arms and watched the sun setting down and meeting its end.

Last rays of sun fell on my face by windshield and I closed my eyes opening the window and taking a long breath in nature and now somehow I feel good so I decided to go back to the palace because I know everyone will be worried about me.

And as much as I care for them but not every time you need a company, or you need someone to sit with you, sometimes you just need yourself to sit in the nature's embrace and relax.

I start the car and taking a reverse I left for the palace, in my way to the palace I spotted a cafe and decided to buy a cold coffee for myself, I know my throat is sore but I can't avoid the need of caffeine in my body so I unbuckle the seatbelt and moved out of the car and walk to the cafe.

Moving towards the cafe I switch on my phone, and it bombards with missed call and messages of my friends and Kabir, I avoid them Silencing my phone and enter the cafe.

Taking my coffee and paying online because I left in anger without taking my wallet with me but thanks to online payments I pay through my phone and that's the reason I switch on my phone; otherwise I'm not going to do that before reaching the palace.

I walked towards the exit after thanking the cashier and pulled the door stepping out from the cafe and then suddenly there a blast happened in front of my eyes and I stumbled back in reflex, the coffee fell from my hand spilling over my Jean's.

I fall because of the sound and high flames of fire that came out from my car and goes high in the air, I shivered with the intensity of the blast.

Holding the handle of the cafe's door I try to stand. Workers came out from the cafe to help me and the people who are injured in the blast as I saw few people get burned a little on their hands and body but luckily no one get killed in the blast, workers of cafe and people's on the street help the injured and take them to the hospital.

I shudder with the thought that a few minutes ago I am sitting in the same car which is now burning in the fire right now.

In sometimes the Fire Brigade and the police are come on the spot to investigate, and the whole place is got surrounded by the crowd. After talking to some people police came to talk to me about the incident, I told them about everything and whom the car belong to and after hearing Veer's name they didn't ask me anymore question and offers me to drop to the palace.

The Police Jeep enters the Palace premises and I came out of the Jeep with the Police officer and walked inside the palace and saw my friends sitting on the couches; they look tensed.
