Yongsun's POV

"I am his father"

As I stared at the unexpected figure who had reentered my life, a flurry of emotions swirled within me. While I had longed for her return, I never truly expected it to materialize. Overwhelmed by the flood of news surrounding her family and her recent divorce, I found myself experiencing a mix of surprise, relief, and happiness for her newfound freedom. Despite the complexities of our past, a glimmer of hope flickered within me at the prospect of reconciliation and a brighter future ahead. It's remarkable how Sky seems drawn to her, isn't it? Even without knowing anything about his father, it's as if his instincts recognize her presence. Perhaps there's a bond there that transcends explanation, a connection that runs deep within their shared blood.

Her assertive yet composed tone commanded attention, silencing the murmurs that had permeated the room. As she addressed the accusation with a steely resolve, her words resonated with an unwavering confidence. "Mistake? No, my son came from love," she declared, her voice ringing out with conviction. Caught in the intensity of the moment, I found myself rendered speechless, my gaze fixed upon her in a mixture of awe and admiration for her strength.

Feeling her hand intertwine with mine, she guided me to stand beside her, my heart swelling with a mixture of emotions as Sky embraced her tightly. Despite the warmth of the moment, her words pierced the air with a sense of finality. "I'm afraid, but you have to leave," she murmured in a voice laced with internal conflict and determination.

With a defiant huff, Mrs. Bang turned on her heel and departed, her child in tow, leaving behind a palpable sense of tension in her wake. As the commotion subsided and the crowd began to disperse, a moment of quiet reflection settled over the room, allowing for a collective exhale of relief.

"Now I remember them! Solar and Moonstar from years ago! They had a song together! this is really amazing, they have a child together?!"

As the murmurs of recognition filled the air, I could sense Byulyi's determination as she swiftly made her way towards the source of the conversation, her grip firm on my hand. With each step, I felt a surge of anticipation and apprehension, unsure of what lay ahead. Yet, there was a quiet confidence in her stride, a resolve to confront the past and embrace the present with unwavering courage. Together, we faced the whispers of the crowd, ready to embrace whatever lay ahead.

"Yes, it's us," Byul affirmed, her voice steady yet resolute as she addressed the curious onlookers. "Please, let's avoid discussing any unnecessary issues. This is a child's party," she continued, her tone carrying a hint of authority and a desire to maintain a sense of normalcy amidst the gathering. With a gentle reminder, she redirected the conversation, guiding the focus back to the joyous occasion at hand.

As the realization of the situation dawned upon me, I acted swiftly, entrusting Sky to Wheein's care before guiding Byul away from the crowd. With a sense of urgency propelling our movements, I led Byul to a quieter corner, away from prying eyes and curious whispers.

"Why did you come here?!" I inquired, my voice tinged with a mixture of surprise and concern.

"I told you I would come back, and I promised my son I'd be here," she declared firmly, her grip tightening on my hand as she locked eyes with me. "And I won't leave again, whether you like it or not."

"but look what happened! they wont stop talking about your issues! I told you I want my son to have a normal life" I said pulling my hand.

"I know, and I understand," she replied, her voice softening with empathy. "But I can't change the past. What matters now is our son's happiness and our future together. Let's work through this together, for Sky's sake."
