My face slams onto the ground as I feel my blood oozing from my open wounds on my face. I turn around to face my attacker in horror, watching him brandish a knife into my sleeping mother as thunder rolls overhead. He turns around to face me with his knife blade facing my way with a blood speckled face with a grin plastered onto him.
"Louella, you have been a very bad girl lately,"
He said as I backed away on my hands and knees, never looking away from him in fear of what he will do to me.
"Dad," I sob, trying not to break eye contact with him. "please." I cry
As my voice wavers as my back hits the corner.
He smiles at me devilishly, placing his blade beneath my throat.
"why shouldn't I just kill you now?"
He ponders, turning the blade over, while it is still on my neck. He suddenly takes the blade and sticks it into my leg, as I scream as loud as I could from pain, the knife slashing down to my knee leaving a deep scar. By now, my face is covered in tears streaming down my face.
This is it. I think to myself as I black out. This is it.

I bolt upright drenched in sweat from my nightmare, and shake my head from my thoughts and take a sip of my water I keep at my bedside drawer. Still shaking, I wipe the sweat off of my forehead from the reoccurring nightmare for the past few years as my hand slides down to my leg, touching the deep scar from seven years ago.
I run my hand though my hair laying back down in bed and slip into a dreamless sleep.
