When Dolohov hits Hermione with his curse, from Harry's point of view it look like he killed her. In that instant where Harry thinks Hermione is dead something changed and with a yell of fury Harry uses Incendeo to burn him alive.
Harry is so consumed with fury he doesn't hear Neville tell him that Hermione is okay.
Harry goes on a rampage and starts killing every death eater he sees, and when they try to fight back Harry just ends up overpowering their spells.
By the time his fury had lessened all the death eaters were dead.
Everyone stares at Harry in shock of what he had done.
Harry hears a voice that can't be real but he still turns to it and seeing Hermione alive a rush of joy overcomes him and he runs to her cupping her face before kissing her with all his love he had been repressing since 2nd year.
