The sun cast a warm, golden glow through the hospital windows. Exactly two weeks had passed since the harrowing accident, and today marked their discharge day. Despite Yeonjun's insistence that he could manage without assistance, he found himself reluctantly seated in a wheelchair, a tangible reminder of the physical toll the accident had taken on him.

Taehyung, ever the attentive older brother, had orchestrated everything meticulously. He had arranged for Mrs. Park to accompany them to the hospital, her calming presence offering much-needed support. As they made their way through the bustling hospital corridors, Mrs. Park carried Yeonjun's belongings while Taehyung carefully maneuvered the wheelchair, his eyes filled with a mixture of relief and apprehension.

Emerging into the crisp, fresh air outside, Yeonjun's gaze immediately sought out a familiar figure standing near the hospital entrance. Jungkook's unexpected presence sent a ripple of curiosity through him. Hadn't he already provided Jungkook with their home address and instructions on where to find the spare keys?

"Jungkook, I thought you had already left. Do you need a ride home?" Taehyung's concern was palpable as he addressed Jungkook, his gaze shifting between him and Yeonjun.

Jungkook, his eyes fixed on Yeonjun, replied calmly, "No, my friends are picking me up. I'm fine."

Taehyung couldn't help but notice the subtle shift in dynamics between Jungkook and Yeonjun. The animosity that once existed seemed to have softened, replaced by a sense of unspoken understanding born from their shared ordeal during the accident.

"Alright then, we'll see you later," Taehyung said, guiding Yeonjun towards their waiting car. He carefully settled Yeonjun into the passenger seat, ensuring his comfort before stowing the wheelchair in the car's trunk.

During the drive back home, Yeonjun's mind was a whirlwind of thoughts and emotions. He couldn't shake off the lingering gaze Jungkook had bestowed upon him, a gaze that seemed to hold a myriad of untold stories and unspoken words.

Meanwhile, Taehyung decided to address the newfound camaraderie between Jungkook and Yeonjun. "You seem to be getting along well with Jungkook. Could it be that there's more to your relationship than meets the eye?" Taehyung's playful tone masked his genuine curiosity.

Caught off guard, Yeonjun laughed nervously, "No way, hyung. You know you're the only one for me."

Taehyung chuckled, ruffling Yeonjun's hair affectionately. "Jinjja? Arraso!"

Back at the mansion, Yeonjun couldn't help but marvel at the unfamiliar yet comforting surroundings. Taehyung's mansion felt like a sanctuary, a safe haven where he could finally let his guard down after the tumultuous hospital experience.

"You must have missed home," Taehyung remarked, observing Yeonjun's nostalgic expression.

Yeonjun nodded, a hint of longing in his eyes. "Yeah, it's good to be back."

"Let's get you settled in. You still need plenty of rest," Taehyung said, leading Yeonjun to his room.

Entering the room, Yeonjun's eyes widened at the sight of the plush toys that adorned the space. The room exuded a cozy warmth, a stark contrast to the sterile hospital environment he had grown accustomed to during his recovery.

"Wow, Taehyung really went all out," he thought to himself, a small smile tugging at his lips as he ran his fingers over the soft plushies.

"Welcome back!" Taehyung exclaimed, breaking Yeonjun's reverie.

Yeonjun snapped out of his thoughts for the second time and glanced at Taehyung and Mrs. Park in surprise.

"I don't eat cakes." There came Yeonjun's blunt reply, causing both Taehyung and Mrs. Park to exchange puzzled glances.

He doesn't eat cake?

Omo, the young master seemed like a totally different person. Had the accident affected his preferences too? Oh, the poor boy.

Taehyung scoffed in disbelief and chortled. "What do you mean you don't eat cake? You've always loved cake. You'd kill for it."

Yeonjun paused, blinking rapidly before letting out an awkward laugh. "Right? You're right. I'd kill for it. But hyung, I just want to get some sleep." He smiled tiredly, hoping to steer the conversation away from cakes.

Yeonjun, that darn brat!

"Come on." Yeonjun looked at Taehyung after snapping out of his daze. He flashed the older a gentle smile before climbing into bed and laying down. Taehyung pulled the covers over his body and started patting his hair very gently.

Yeonjun found himself dozing off, lulled by the familiar rhythm of Taehyung's comforting gestures.

The police station was abuzz with activity as Yeonjun and Jungkook sat anxiously in the waiting area, their nerves palpable.

Detective Jimin entered the room, his eyes conveying a mix of empathy and determination. "Thank you for coming in, gentlemen. We're going to get to the bottom of this."

Yeonjun nodded, grateful for Jimin's reassuring presence. Jungkook's jaw clenched, his gaze fixed on the ground, still shaken by the recent events.

The detective led them to a viewing room where a lineup of women stood behind a two-way mirror, their faces a mosaic of emotions.

"Take your time," Jimin said, standing beside them like a beacon of support.

Yeonjun's voice was steady as he pointed out the main instigators, his finger lingering on a woman with a fierce determination in her eyes. "That's her. She was shouting the loudest and inciting the others."

Jungkook's voice wavered slightly as he identified another woman whose fixation was palpable. "And her. She kept trying to grab m-him."

Jimin made notes, his expression growing more serious with each revelation. "One last question."

Jungkook and Yeonjun turned to look at the detective, their eyes reflecting a mix of resolve and anxiety. "Do you remember how many there were?"

Jungkook furrowed his brows as he recalled the chaotic scene, Yeonjun too lost in thought. "About eight, I think," Yeonjun spoke out first, his voice unwavering despite the memories resurfacing.

"That's correct," Jungkook added, his voice gaining confidence.

"Thank you, gentlemen. We'll take it from here."

As Yeonjun and Jungkook waited, Jimin and his team delved into the backgrounds of the identified women. Screens flickered with information as they pieced together digital footprints and online activities.

Hours passed before Jimin returned with a folder in hand. "We've gathered substantial evidence. These women are part of an online group that obsessively tracks and pursues celebrities, particularly Taehyung. They've crossed legal boundaries multiple times."

Yeonjun's fists clenched with anger, while Jungkook's expression hardened. "What can we do?" Yeonjun asked, his voice tinged with frustration.

Jimin's eyes softened, his resolve unwavering. "We'll take legal action. With the evidence we've gathered, we can ensure they face consequences for their actions. No one should live in fear due to obsessive behavior. We'll catch them all."

Relief washed over Yeonjun and Jungkook, grateful for Jimin's expertise and dedication. They knew the road ahead wouldn't be easy, but with Jimin and the law on their side, they felt empowered to confront the darkness of obsession that had plagued their live
