Coach k : "everyone gathere up your today's training is over you may now go and rest and come on time tomorrow  and work hard like you did today and if you have any problem you can always contact me doesn't matter if it's related to boxing or not you can always share you problem with me and I'll try my best to solve your problem and hope so no one is injured"

Everyone: "yes sir"

Coach k : "okay get going you all are dismissed"

Shanaya went to drink something  thing and then honey also came their

Honey: "what will you do fpr half an hour you can rest as you are dismissed"

Shanaya: "I don't know what I will do but surely I'm not going to rest"

Shanaya: "no one it is just my opinion"

Coach k : mumble to himself "she is exact copy of lt general" "okay so what do you want to do"

Shanaya: "can you please teach me hook and uppercut " puppy  eyes

Coach k : in mind "what the fuck why is she giving me puppy eyes but they are so adorable I can't say her no ooh got it is something to much to resist no but I will not fall for it I and strong man " "no I told you I'll teach you tomorrow" ohh god she is giving puppy  eyes  and this one is so hard I'm sure no one  can resist "okay as you are stayting for extra training I can't let your time waste so I'll teach you go and get ready"

Coach k : "honey go their and practice punches I'm coming in 10 mins"

Harris: "yes sir"

Coach k : "are you ready shanaya"

Shanaya: "yes sir"

Coach k : "I'll teach lead hook and lead uppercut and for whole week you will only practice jab,cross,lead hook and lead uppercut that clear ?"

Shanaya : "yes sir"

"Now practice both for 50 times alternating punch and then report to me"

Shanaya: "yes sir"

She did it and then took 5 min break and reported  to him

Shanaya: "reporting sir punches done"

Coach k : "okay then go and do meditation for 15 min this will help you in increasing concentration and after it you are free and he would be also free"

Shanaya: "okay sir"

She did 15 min meditation  and she losed her concentration  in between but that's okay

Coach k : "okay shanaya done for the day and I know you losed you concentration twice so now we will work on your concentration power more as it is the most important thing for any boxer and not just boxer any one you both are dismissed and tomorrow smae time don't be late"

Honey & shanaya: "yes sir"

Shanaya: "bye sir have a nice day ohh sorry nice night" smile

Coach k : chuckled "thank you to you to" smiled

First shanaya  went to keep her weights in its place and then both  went to their locker to collect few things and then went to parking and felix was their

Shanaya: "hello felix uncle"

Felix : "hello dear"

They finally reached home

Shanaya: "nanu"she said while running

Nanu : "ohh my little solider is back" said while picking her up

Shanaya: "yess"

Nanu : "okay now go and change you stink" said teasingly

Shanaya: "whatever" she tried rolled her eyes *tried*

This only result in little laugh from her nanu and nani

Now she went to her room she took a shower  and change and then rest for few minutes and did her homework  and went to dinning  halm as its dinner  time

Nanu : "so what did you learned today shann" said while eating

Shanaya: "he made my jab and cross perfect and tben I had sparing with my friend and I was only allowed to use jab and cross or defend  myself it was difficult in first two round but then he gave me advice in 3 round and I did pretty good then training was over but I was their for half an hour more so I wanted to learn few more punches initially he was not going to do it but then ai gave him puppy eyes and he fell for is and then he taught me lead hook and lead uppercut" said last part with chuckled

Nanu : laughed "I can understand him your puppy eyes are really hard to resist"

Shanaya: "I know" said proudly while flipping  her hair back
