I felt different, I breath normally again I was in my thoughts , I could not open my eyes, but I hear my mom's voice echoing and another voice that I am familiar with, I tried to move but I couldn't , until I tried so hard to open my eyes I see a blurry light that's getting clearer as time goes by, I saw my mom , is the operation done ? wait? I'll try to remember ? I was holding my head when the doctor went in and check me, I was sitting when my mom approach me
"honey are you okay now? Tell me what do you feel?"
I look at her coldly
" what happened...where am i?"
she pat my head
" don't force your self to remember okay?"
she kissed my forehead.
Months had past I already got discharge of the hospital , I am with my mom and every day that pass by I luckily remember everything . I remember what happened ,
"Keith , I'm not done with you"
and then I remember my Love, how are you?, I am sorry to keep you waiting , are you still mine? I hope so, I want to talk to you but mom does not allow me to, I already talk to my dad and he's happy hearing me, I told him not to tell anyone that I am okay now because I will visit them soon.
"penny for your thought?"
I smiled back to the voice that is so familiar when I woke up from comma before
"Irene.. your done with your Resto?" she smiled at me
"yeah so let's go home now "
yes Irene she was here, when she left ,she met my mom and fortunately my mom helped her she's here in Paris she studied Culinary by the help of my mom ,and now she owns a restaurant , her mom died when they got here, my mom told me that when she met Irene she felt pity of her because she really wants to finish her studied, she finally decided to help Irene because she learned that I am friends with her. It's been 2 years when I left home, and I am planning to go home since Irene will put a restaurant there. I promise my mom that I will be back to finish my studies here in Paris, I already told my dad about my plans and he agreed since he's already married with my other mom Kristen.
I went to my room and called a very important person who I really miss , I dialed her number and it started to ring
"Hello.?"
"Yes hello who is this?"
"Did I take too long for you to not recognize my voice?"
"I'm sorry if your just a prankster better call someone else.."
"dearest cousin it's me "
"oh my God Lee? Is this really you?"
"yeah it's ,me princess, how are you,, please don't cry ?"
"you stupid your alive?!"
"ouch my ears don't shout "
"I'm so happy to hear your voice you stupid"
"how is everyone ?"
Then the line went silent
"Reese is everything alright?, how's my girl friend?"
I heard Reese took a deep breath
"if your going to tell me that you will go home please don't"
I smiled through the phone still wondering
"why? I miss everyone, especially my two princesses"
"Lee listen after graduation we all separate ways since we need to pass the board, and Jade..."
I actually know where this is going, I already prepared my self
"Reese tell me what about Jade?"
"Lee, she already had a boyfriend, she actually ask me and, I just agreed to it since we don't know what happened to you, she also ask Uncle for the approval, you can't blame her Lee, she got tired of waiting for you .."
It stabs me a million times with the news what would I expect after abandoning my girlfriend for almost two years.
" it's okay Reese I already expected that, but how about you?& Jaden"
she chuckled at me and change the topic
"so can I have your address now, maybe I can visit you? We have a lot of things we need to talk about since I'm a full pledge Engineer now!"
I was happy on what I heard, she made it ,
" congratulations my dear cousin, I'll send you the address ok , then call me when is your flight I have to go now , I love you "
"okay Lee l'll see you soon I love you too".
My mom was calling me for dinner I saw Irene already sitting, well when her mom died, my mom let her stay here since my mom's husband always go out of the country for business
"are you okay Lee?"
Irene asked
"yeah let's eat "
my mom put some food on my plate , she was different now I think she is just fulfilling her role as my mom, I love her more now that she is so hand on when it comes to me
"hmm mom can I finish my degree here?, can I enroll next week?"
she smiled at me while nodding
" as long as you can manage your self sweety , who am I to stop you"
I smiled widely to her . after dinner I went to my room , when Irene Knock at my door
" Can I come in?"
I look back at her "of course, what is it?, want to talk?"
she smiled back at me
" you really know me..so did you called Reese already? "
" yeah I did and she's coming here to visit me "
she frowned her brows "just Reese? How about Jade?"
I took a deep breath "she chose not to wait for me, knowing Jade, she hates waiting, I do understand her, I abandoned her, she cant' wait for me that long, and besides I gave her that option already... "
Irene hug me
"it's going to be okay."

After a month I am back to school now , oh my gosh I'm so late
"Yah sis why you did not wake me up?"
Irene's eyes went wide
"oh my god I did not know you were still here, hurry up,"
she pushed me to the door and as we open I dropped my books , Irene got shocked I smile widely and hug the person on the door
"Reese!!your here!!"
she hug me back then I remember the time
"Irene you take care of my cousin okay? , sorry Reese I'm going to be Late "
I kissed her forehead and drive off to school.
