After Luna helped me in the library I got her number so we could hang out. She is definitely one of a kind. Always talking about invisible beings around people's heads. She seems to always have a light and calm demeanor which is nice. I have tried to talk to Ginny but she keeps walking away from me which has been a bit wierd but she might just be nervous with everything. 

Dutch hasn't been bothering me at all lately but I think that's because Tom insist on walking me to classes. The Weasley twins check in on me every now and then. Cedric has been very protective of me especially since I have started practicing with the quidditch team and we have been talking more. The cheer team has been going quite well; I have lost a bit of weight with all of the practices.

"Hello Riddle," smirked Cornfoot with his blonde hair thrown back as I sat down doing homework and a trying to research my father

"Hello Cornfoot," I nodded looking up from my book for a moment then back down 

"What are you doing?" he asked 

"I am working on the transfiguration assignment," 

He grabbed my book away from me and looked at it,"Oh this ones easy," he waved his hand 

"Of course it is for you. You're a Ravenclaw," I scoffed writing what the sentence I was going to write 

"Yeah but somehow you were second in our class last year," he placed down the book which nearly knocked my ink bottle over,"Wanna hangout?" 

"Sure when?"I looked up from my paper 

"Saturday," 

"Sounds like a plan," I nodded 

"Great. I will pick you up after the game," he tucked my hair behind my ear,"You look cute while you study,"

I felt my cheeks heat up as he walked away. I shook my head and went back to my studies when the chair across from me was sat in. 

"So what was that about?" asked Pansy getting comfortable in her seat as she had just gotten back from getting a book from part of the library 

"We talked about the transfiguration assignment then he asked to hangout on Saturday," I explained quickly 

"Ohh,"she smirked,"Why did you blush?"

"He just complimented me," I shrugged it off like it was nothing but I had butterflies 

She smirked looking at her assignment starting to write it again. We worked on our assignment until class. We quickly headed to our dorms to get our pets. I grabbed Midnight and held her close to me. We started to head to class; we met up with our friends who were leaning on the walls. 

"How was studying?" asked Enzo 

"It was great. We got a lot done. A boy basically asked Y/n on a date," said Pansy poking my rib as her owl flew to Theo, Draco, Traceys and Blaise's. 

Mattheo spat out his water,"What," he looked at me then Pansy then me again. I saw he had borrowed Toms snake

"He didn't ask me on a date. He asked to hangout," I rolled my eyes,"There is a difference," 

"Well its only a date if the guy kisses you," said Daphne 

"How would you know?" asked Theo throwing a grape into his mouth

"Heard an older girl say it to her friends last month," she shrugged stealing a grape from his bag 

The door opened to transfiguration; we all turned to see Professor McGonagall standing looking at all of us,"I see you all listened and brought your pets or borrowed an animal from a fellow classmate,"
