DEVYN POV SUNDAY HOSPITAL 6:15
"Well ima leave Ight?" Melik said grabbing his things "but you just got here" I said upset, I didn't want to be alone, but I knew he had school the next morning so I didn't want to be a pushover "I know sis, but you know how it is" he said kissing my forehead I just nodded before turning to my mom
She was also leaving, due to her having an early shift, I never slept alone in a hospital before "We Will be back tomorrow darling" my mom told me and I just nodded sighing
They left, making me sigh in the silence, besides the beeping sound of my heart monitor "I wanna go home" I said to myself
The doctors said I had to stay another day just to make sure my brain is functioning right, whatever that means
I was met with a knocking at the door, I said a small "come in" thinking it was a nurse and paying no attention to it "my heart is still beeping, can I go home now-" I said sitting up then being met with the boy of my dreams
But I was also shocked to see him "kookie?? Whatre you doing here?" I asked confused and he just sighed placing his stuff down "I didn't wanna leave you alone beautiful, what happened?" He asked making me sigh and tell him the entire story
By the time I was finished, I seen his face go through a wave of emotions Anger Sadness Disgusted You name is "it wasn your fault baby" he told me making me nod "I'm proud of you for standing up for yourself tho" he told me making me smile "thank you" I told him making him nod and sit in the chair near the hospital bed "how'd it go with you and Jordan?" I asked making him shake his head lightly "it went good actually, we caught up on a lot of things, he even told me about him and Violet.." he trailed off
"I wanted to tell you earlier but it wasn't my place to say" I said feeling bad but he just shook his head "it's okay I understand pretty girl"
"So how long do you have to stay in the hospital for?"he asked looking with worry in his face "just until tomorrow, I hope" I let out a heavy sigh "I don't know how I got in this position" I said wanting to cry, what did I do wrong for me to be here, I just wanted to be home at the moment "It's okay ma it's not your fault" Jungkook said putting his hand on my shoulder making me look at him
We looked at each other for a while before he began leaning in, making me lean in also Soon our lips connected, slowly and passionately, his hand roamed from my shoulder and onto my cheek as he caressed it the more we kissed Pulling back to catch my breath I smiled, making him smile "Devyn... can I be your boyfriend?" He asked me making me go shocked
