I've never been this nervous to meet up with my hb before, I feel like a girl meeting her man for the first time I was nervous ash to see Jordan again for the first time in a while, and he was mad at me?! I just made friends with him THIS YEAR
Ight I got this, I said pulling into the park, sighing, I got out of my car, walking to the park bench, seeing I was earlier than him
Sitting on the bench, I pulled out my phone scrolling on tik tok for a couple of minutes, before feeling a presence beside me Lookin up seeing him walk up to me
I stood up feeling awkward, I go to dap him up and he just stands there, staring at my hand, awkwardly putting it in my pocket I lookup at him "Yoo" I said clearing my throat and he chuckles "wassup man" he said and we started walking, not going anywhere, just walking around the area we was in
"Look man, I'm sorry about everything, with violet and all genuinely I didn't know all of that was happening" I said starting to apologize and he began nodding "yea I get that, I guess it's my fault for blowing up on you all like that, knowing it's just that crazy bitch fault" he said shaking his head sighing and I laughed
"Yea, I worry about her. She need to be medicated or sum, how's Violet?" I asked making sure the girl was okay He sighed "ion know wha imma do man, I thought she had a concussion and that was all... I'm finna be a dad jit" he said making me stop in my tracks
'So that's what Devyn was hiding' I told myself in my head looking at him "you- what!?" I said shocked not believing it and he just nodded
He looked a little stressed out about it "Yea man, I don't know if I'm ready- I mean I'm excited yes, I always wanted kids, In the future- but- i don't know, I really love Violet, I'm glad we're moving on and stuff and going deeper into our relationship" he said sighing Man this was eating him up "you're gonna be a great dad Jordan" I said putting my hand on his shoulder and he shook his head
"So how's it going with you and Devyn?" He asked me and I just smiled telling him all about the date we had went on

DEVYN POV 2:45 PM "Devyn what do you want for dinner?" My mom asked me on the way home and I just shrugged " I kinda want chicken" I said shrugging checking my phone seeing that I hadn't gotten a text message from Jk still I wasn't really upset, I mean I knew his plans for today, so I wasn't too worried
Noticing my mom began pulling into the driveway of wing stop, I quickly had a smile on my face "you big as hell" my momma said seeing the smile on my face and I just shrugged, I loved food I couldn't help it
"Whatever ma" I said before she began parking and I got out of the car "Cmonnn im hungryyy" I said rushing my mom and she just laughed "Dev I will meet you inside,and you have yo own money" she said shrugging me off and I just sighed
"Okayyy" I said sighing closing the door, then going inside of the restaurant Luckily the place wasn't too crowded, it was a nice amount of people, mainly a whole bunch of old head, and a group of dudes around my age
I wasn't worried about it
Getting in line thinking about what food I wanted, I could feel eyes on me, looking over, it was a tall lightskin dude with waves looking at me,he was licking his lips and all

Pulling out my phone so it would look like I was doing something, the line began quickly moving so I could order my food
"Ay you see that boy right der" the lady that took my order said pointing to the boy who was looking at me and I looked at him then back over to her "yea why?" I asked her confused "Thas my cousin baby daddy, don try nun wit him or we gon get on yhu on soul" she said popping her gum
"Oh I'm not intr-" I started sayin and she cut me off "Whateva I kno u is, save dat shi fo the birds" she said snatching the money I was gonna hand her out my hands rolling her eyes
"Yo change is 12.67, yo food will be called out hoe" she told me rolling her eyes before I walked away "The hell" I said to myself looking down at my phone seeing that Taniyah texted me

"145" I heard my order be called making me go up and grab it, about to walk away I was stopped by the group of dudes that was in the restaurant
"Ayyy ma" I heard one Call before looking back 'awl Hell' I thought to myself "Can I just get my food and dip, a girl is hungry" I said irritated, I didn't wanna deal with this right now, I just wanted to eat and sleep "she funny" one of them said laughing making the group laugh and I mugged them
I didn't usually act like this, but I'm hungry so it's a difference in my attitude
"Why you all mad mamas?" One of them said and I just rolled my eyes "how y'all all lonely" I said irritated and wanting to walk away to my car, where the hell was my momma at ?
"Oooo" one of them said and one stepped up, I guess he was the group leader or sum "Don be like dat ma, lemme getcho number" he said getting close to me and I backed up "I got a man" I said trying to walk away and he grabbed my arm
"Ion see him" he said looking around, next thing you know the girl that threatened me stepping out of the wing stop, looking hot and angry
