"Didn't I tell you not to talk to him??" The girl who was once behind a counter of a fast food restaurant stood in front of me
Currently I Didn't know what to think, I don't fight, I don't like fighting, "well if you wanna be technical, he came up to me, and talked to ME" I said looking at the boy and the the girl, she gave me an irritated laugh, then cracking her knuckles
"I hate hoes like you, Matta of fact lemme call my cousin so she can deal witcho bitch ass" she said before picking her phone up from out of her pocket and dialing a number I used this time to think real fast
If I run to my moms car, they gon chase after me, I could signal my mom to come tho.. but she might swing too, and we don't need her to go to jail.. I should fight her right??

I looked at he group of boys beside me, they were all laughing, and the one dude that tried flirting with me gave me a worried look, nigha why are YOU worried when you tried to get at ME

"I just wanted to get my food-" I said tryin to defend myself before getting cut off "nah nah nah she was all up on big dawg" one of the boys said before hitting the lightskin dude on the shoulder

"Why you sittin there lyin" the lightskin said and I nodded agreeing with the delinquent "I was just tryna get to my car" I said backing myself up
"Sittin there lyin" the girl said and I just rolled my eyes "whatever bruh, believe Watchu wanna, Ian fightin nobody" I said before walking to my car
Then a car pulled up, it was a black BMW, "awl hell" I was really hoping it wasn't who she just called, I didn't have the time today, and I wanted to eat still
Her quickly getting out of the car, she was dressed in only a jacket, leggings, her bonnet, and some black air forces, she was hefty and ready too
"U the bitch that was flirting wit my mans?" She said biting her nails off "AWL HELL" I thought to myself
I guess my momma seen me through the window, and got out of the car, seeing the same thing I saw in front of me
A group of dusty niggas
A dirty home girl
And the cousin fighting over a unloyal nigga
"The hell type of Madea family reunion situation is this?" My momma said making the group of boys start akekeking "What I'm sayin momma" I said opening the car door and putting my food inside of it "this bitch was flirting with my nigga" the girl that wanted to be chrisean so bad said "I just wanted my food" I said rolling my eyes and she ran up to me and punched me "who you rollin yo eyes at hoe"
"DAMMMMMM" was all I heard
It really caught me off guard, there was a lot of shouting after, mainly from my momma Realizing she punched me, I punched her in her jaw, making her fall down mad quickly Her stumbling allowed me to start going harder and began really punching her
She was screaming and bleeding a bit, but I didn't care, the amount of shit I've been through lately and with my friend group, I had to take it out on someone "Devyn!" I heard my momma yell, but I kept punching
"Devyn stop!" I heard her yell but I kept punching, there were people trying to pull me off, but I wasnt resisting Then I went unconscious
TIME SKIP HOSPITAL 📍 4:45 DEVYN POV
My eyes slowly opened as I was met with the hospital room, hearing only beeps of the machine I was hooked up to, and chatters from the doctors "Mom?" I asked looking for her, I wanted her right now, I've never been in the hospital before
"I'm right here baby" she said making me look over at her "mommy what happened?" I asked confused on why I was in the hospital
"Sweetheart you got hit in the head with a rock, the girl you were fighting? You must've forgot about her cousin, she got a big ass rock from off of the ground and hit you in the back of the head with it sweetheart" she told me making me gasp and cry a little
"A-am I okay?" I asked trying to find the spot she hit me with, before feeling a bandage on the right side of my head "You're gonna be okay, there was a couple of stitching but it'll be okay, you're excused from school for 3 days" she told me making me nod a bit
I was so shocked about this, I never thought I'd get into a fight with someone
"Where's Melik?" I asked and she looked at her phone "I messaged him a minute ago, he should be on his way now, he seemed really upset when he heard about this baby" she told me hugging me, and I hugged back
"I don't blame him, I'm his favorite" I said smiling making her smile "whatever"
"Oh you're awake!" The doctor came in and said making me nod "can I go home now?" I asked, I didn't wanna be in this bed, I wanted to be in my own, with Kookieee
"Not quite yet, we have to run a few more test, and then you can leave, okay?" The doctor asked me making me nod and sigh
