Several Atlesians nodded in agreement as Nora nudged Ren excitedly.

"—And finally, Nora Valkyrie, who singlehandedly took down countless Goliaths to protect the people of Vale."

"They're talking about us, Renny!" Nora said cheerfully, knocking Ren down with a playful punch to the arm, earning a laugh from the crowd.

"Is this what you felt like after initiation?" Ren asked as Jaune helped him up.

"Worse," Jaune replied simply.

"They are among the many heroes who stand Among Us," Ironwood went on. "Thanks to them, and to all of you, Remnant is stronger than ever before. We stand here now, at Beacon, the last standpoint, where our light shone and never went out!"

The crowd erupted in cheers, and several airships fired into the sky in celebration, much to the enjoyment of the crowd.

"Now that's a speech I can get behind," Roman commented, tapping his hat toward Ironwood.

"Amen to that!" Sincline agreed, and Ruby kissed him happily. Wrapping his arms around her, Sincline returned the gesture, and a rush of emotion coursed through him as the crowd cheered. "We did it," he whispered, and Ruby smiled, her body held tightly against his.

"We did," Ruby agreed, barely able to believe the words herself. It almost felt too good to be true. Almost.

"Alright you two, keep that in your room," Yang teased, wrapping an arm over their shoulders.

"Yaaaaang!" Ruby whined, trying to shove her off as Sincline laughed.

Getting an idea, Sincline drew a scimitar and from its tip, launched a beam of energy into the sky where it exploded in a swirl of purple energy alongside the other colors, earning another cheer from the crowd.

Timeskip, Beacon Airspace

After the Battle of Remnant, the months passed quickly for Sincline, the events blurring together. After clearing out the remaining Grimm in Vale, Sincline had been given the unofficial status as 'the Hero of Remnant,' a title he had tried to renounce, but honestly, it was useless... Mainly since it was Summer's idea.

Merely seven weeks after the Fall of Salem, Beacon had soon been restored, and the remnants of Vale were now being converted into a city unlike any before it, with Goodwitch taking over as the main headmistress of the school. Summer and Tai had both elected to become teachers to help guide new Huntsmen and Huntresses while Qrow had decided to stay a freelancer who traveled Remnant in search of the Relics. As for Raven, she had decided to return to what remained of her tribe with an agreement with Ironwood that she would handle the remaining tribes of Anima... assuming that there were any left.

Sienna, Kali, and Ghira had all returned to Menagerie and, with the support of the Atlesians, managed to recover what little supplies and food that remained. They buried the corpses, giving them the funerals they deserved. Upon completion, they converted the White Fang into a freelancing organization who operated beside the remaining Atlesian military in Beacon City (as the former Kingdom of Vale had been renamed).

As for Sincline, he had spent the last few months journeying around Remnant, keeping contact between the now established factions of the White Fang, Atlesians, and Huntsmen who had taken refuge in the only stronghold left on Remnant. At Ironwood's and Robyn's request, Sincline had provided countless designs and technology used by the Galra, and Atlas had soon began work on rebuilding its air fleet, building new ships from the previous ones.
